Die Höhe der Rechnung inklusive Anfahrt in den 1. Bezirk war sehr günstig. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann die Firma RSH besonders weiterempfehlen. Get an appointment quickly, the technician came early within the agreed time and fixed the defect on my ancient Eudora washing machine in less than 30 minutes. The amount of the bill including travel to the 1st district was very cheap. I am very satisfied and can particularly recommend RSH.

Hat den Schaden am Ofen schnell repariert. Zusätzlich haben sie unaufgefordert noch kleinere Mängel kostenfrei behoben und die Verkabelung geprüft und neu isoliert. Die Monteure hatten erkennbar Interesse daran, dass der Ofen einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Höhe der Rechnung war fair. Absolut empfehlenswerter Service. Besten Dank! Super Service. Our fridge had a problem and the technician came out to our house but spent no more than 10 minutes at our house. He did nothing more than measure the temperature inside the fridge and then charged us Euro 110. I don't think I have ever been ripped off this badly before.

I‘m used to these „appointments“ where you wait half a day - the technician arrived on time, was friendly and professional. As I forgot to pick up cash beforehand, he waited in his van around the corner while I ran to the ATM patiently. Only good things to say - will definitely use again. AND appointment offered within 24h on short notice :)
