Unfortunately NO ... absolutely no idea about thermal baths. Don't even have spare parts with you - weekend without hot water :-(. NEVER AGAIN.
J	Judith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musste leider sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit diesem Unternehmen machen. Bei uns wurde eine ganz neue Therme eingebaut, wo dann gleich ein Teil der Klappe defekt war. Mir wurde versprochen, dass sie den Teil nachbestellen und sich dann zur Terminkoordination melden. Nach einem Monat hatte sich immer noch niemand gemeldet. Auf meine Nachfrage hin wurde ein Termin vereinbart, der zuerst zweimal verschoben und dann schließlich verschwitzt wurde. Sie haben dann mit über einer Stunde Verspätung einen anderen Kollegen geschickt, der auch noch ein falsches Ersatzteil dabei hatte. Die Kommunikation intern scheint nicht zu funktionieren. Nun warte ich auf deren Kontaktaufnahme zur neuen Terminfindung, ich bin gespannt... Unfortunately I had very bad experiences with this company. We installed a completely new thermal bath, where part of the flap was defective. I was promised that they would reorder the part and then get in touch to coordinate the appointment. After a month still no one had called. When I asked, an appointment was made that was first postponed twice and then finally sweaty. More than an hour late, you sent another colleague who also had the wrong spare part with him. The internal communication does not seem to work. Now I'm waiting for them to contact you to make a new appointment, I'm curious ...

Letztes Jahr hatten wir eine Reparatur und anschließend hat die Therme einwandfrei funktioniert. Sympathisches Team, besonders der Sekretär ist ein sehr zuvorkommender & lösungsorientierter Mensch, der bei Problemen weiterhilft. My flat share has been doing thermal maintenance at GWS for several years and has always been satisfied. Last year we had a repair and then the thermal bath worked perfectly. Sympathetic team, especially the secretary is a very courteous & solution-oriented person who helps with problems.
M	Michael Hofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finger weg von dieser Firma! Überhaupt wenn der Monteure mit dem Fahrzeug Kennzeichen W-53906F erscheint. Sehr unfreundlicher Mensch und nicht sauber arbeitete der Monteur! Wegen Reklamation und aggressiven Umgang mit Kunden, wollt ich gestern dessen Namen haben, stattdessen bekam ich einen Mittelfinger und Beschimpfungen. Ich habe es kurz gefasst, nur so kann man anderen Menschen diese schlechte/negative Erfahrung ersparen. unfreundliche Installateure würde ich echt keinem empfehlen, egal wie günstig die auch sind. Lg Hofer Stay away from this company! Especially when the fitter appears with the vehicle registration number W-53906F. The fitter worked very unfriendly and not clean! Because of complaints and aggressive dealings with customers, I wanted their names yesterday, instead I got a middle finger and insults. I have put it briefly, this is the only way to spare other people this bad / negative experience. I wouldn't recommend unfriendly plumbers to anyone, no matter how cheap they are. Lg Hofer
L	Larissa Lea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich - schon bei Terminvereinbarung: konnte nicht abheben weil ich arbeiten war.. Herr am Telefon sagte bei Rückruf: „das ist ja nicht meine Schuld, wenn Sie nicht abheben!“ Am Termintag auf Nachfrage wegen Verspätung (über eine Stunde) bekommt man zu hören: „die verspäten sich .. das ist hald so!“ Keine Telefonnummer vom Techniker oder Auskunft wann er denn endlich kommen würde. Unfriendly - even when making an appointment: couldn't pick it up because I was working.. When I called back, the gentleman on the phone said: "It's not my fault if you don't pick it up!" hear: "They're late.. that's just the way it is!" No telephone number from the technician or information about when he would finally come.
