In kürzester Zeit war der Techniker da, der dann die Maschine reparierte. Das zweite Mal ging es um einen Kühlschrank (Problemfeststellung, Transport & Montage des Neugerätes und Entsorgung des Altgerätes). Der Techniker Jürgen Rath war sehr hilfsbereit, kompetent und telefonisch bei Rückfragen direkt erreichbar, was sehr hilfreich ist. Er hat mit einem Kollegen den Kühlschrank in eine extrem enge Nische (schlecht konzipierte Maßküche) eingebaut, es hat aber zum Glück geklappt. Würde die Firma und speziell den Techniker wieder beauftragen. I am very satisfied with TSF. I met the company when the washing machine was blocked. The technician was there in no time to repair the machine. The second time it was about a refrigerator (problem identification, transport & assembly of the new device and disposal of the old device). The technician Jürgen Rath was very helpful, competent and can be reached directly by phone with any questions, which is very helpful. He and a colleague installed the refrigerator in an extremely narrow niche (poorly designed custom kitchen), but luckily it worked. Would hire the company and especially the technician again.

Wenn man Teile wie Handtuch und Tasse im Maschineteil des Gerätes vergisst, das Gerät zusammenbaut und meint er habe es hinter der Maschine liegen lassen und der Regionalleiter des Betriebes meint aus der Ferne laut Akt keine Gefahr bei der inbetriebnahme besteht. zuerst hieß es der Motor verursacht das kratzende Geräusch. Nach vier Wochen Wartezeit wurde der Motor getauscht, Geräusch immer noch da, jetzt soll es der Keilriehmen sein der das kratzende Geräusch verursachen. Jeder der ein bißchen Ahnung hat weiß, das Riehmen maximal quietschen können wenn sie durchrutschen. Von professionell Lichtjahre entfernt Solche Betriebe habe keine Existenzberechtigung meiner Meinung nach. Das fällt unter grob fahrlässig und ist inakzeptabel Sloppy, incompetent. After four weeks of waiting, the motor was replaced, the noise is still there, now it should be the V-belt that is causing the scratching noise. Reklamation im Dezember 21, im Jänner wurde der Termin seitens TSF aufgrund von Krankheit verschoben (scheinbar haben die nur einen Techniker?!), beim darauffolgenden Termin konnte das Ceranfeld nicht repariert werden weil "Teile bestellt werden mussten" - der Herr wollte sich nach spätestens 2 Wochen wieder melden. Nach 3 Wochen habe ich selbst nachgefragt: "Die Teile kamen schon vor einer Woche, der Techniker ist krank." Neuer Termin: 02.03.. Wie schon Bein letzten Mal habe ich darum gebeten dass der Techniker ca. 30-45 Min. vor Eintreffen anruft da ich berufstätig bin und nicht stundenlang zuhause warten kann. 5 Minuten vor seiner Ankunft hat er angerufen und war zudem noch unglaublich unfreundlich! Desaströses Kundenservice! Incredibly INCOMPETENT, unbelievable!!! Complaint in December 21, in January the appointment was postponed by TSF due to illness (apparently they only have one technician?!), at the following appointment the ceramic hob could not be repaired because "parts had to be ordered" - the gentleman wanted to come back at the latest Report back in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I asked myself: "The parts came a week ago, the technician is sick." New appointment: March 2nd. Like last time, I asked the technician to call about 30-45 minutes before arrival because I work and can't wait at home for hours. He called 5 minutes before his arrival and was also incredibly rude! Disastrous customer service!
M	Martin Rosenberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geschirrspüler war defekt: Erstdiagnose: Pumpe muss getauscht werden. Nachdem dem Einbau der Pumpe Geschirrspüler noch immer defekt. Zweitdiagnose: "VERMUTLICH die Elektronik/muss getauscht werden", obwohl auch festgestellt wurde, dass die "Wasserhahnstörung" angezeigt wird. Ich habe daraufhin bei einer anderen Firma ein neues Gerät bestellt. Beim Einbau wurde festgestellt, dass die Wasserzufuhr aufgrund eines defekten Wasserhahns nicht funktioniert. Diesen Fehler nicht zu finden bzw. zu ignorieren und den Austausch der Elektronik zu empfehlen, ist entweder inkompetent oder man versucht, die Reparaturkosten künstlich zu erhöhen. Die Reaktion des Technikers war beleidigt und uneinsichtig. Kann dieses Dienst (in Wien) daher NICHT weiter empfehlen. Dishwasher was defective: Initial diagnosis: The pump must be replaced. After installing the pump dishwasher still broken. Second diagnosis: "PROBABLY the electronics/must be replaced", although it was also determined that the "faucet fault" is displayed. So I ordered a new one from another company. During installation, it was found that the water supply was not working due to a defective faucet. Not finding this fault or ignoring it and recommending replacing the electronics is either incompetent or you are trying to artificially increase the repair costs. The technician's reaction was offended and unapologetic. Can therefore NOT recommend this service (in Vienna).
A	Alesja Kubes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut unfähige Firma! Die Trockner Funktion bei unserem neuen Waschtrockner ist seit Anfang Dezember defekt. Der erste Termin für die Reparatur erfolgte Ende Januar. 2 Termine waren nötig bis man den „Fehler“ gefunden hatte und so wurde eine neue Elektronik bestellt. Ende Februar wurde diese dann eingebaut, weitere Fehlermeldungen, keine Lösung gefunden. Nun funktioniert unser Gerät seit einer Woche gar nicht mehr, sprich Wäsche waschen ist nicht mehr möglich. Hierfür gibt es keine Lösung von der Firma, noch Informationen dazu wann der nächste Termin zur Reparatur stattfinden kann. Unfreundlich wird man am Telefon abgewimmelt, ohne Lösungsvorschläge, ohne weitere Informationen. Noch nie so einen schlechten Service erlebt! Absolutely incompetent company! The dryer function on our new washer-dryer has been defective since the beginning of December. The first appointment for the repair was at the end of January. 2 appointments were necessary until the "fault" was found and so new electronics were ordered. This was installed at the end of February, further error messages, no solution found. Our device hasn't worked at all for a week now, i.e. washing clothes is no longer possible. There is no solution from the company for this, nor information on when the next appointment for repair can take place. You are dismissed unfriendly on the phone, without suggestions for a solution, without further information. Never experienced such bad service!
A	Alex Szabo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eiswürfelspender defekt: Nach 3 Anläufen (1x falsches Ersatzteil, 2x ohne Ersatzteile angereist) und monatelangem Warten haben sie es geschafft, die richtigen Teile einzubauen. Fazit: Eiswürfelspender funktioniert nach wie vor nicht! Auf unsere Reklamation hin wurde uns mitgeteilt, der Auftrag gilt als erledigt und wir sollen einen neuen Reparaturauftrag stellen. Absolut inkompetent!!!! Defective ice cube dispenser: After 3 attempts (1x wrong spare part, 2x arrived without spare parts) and months of waiting, they managed to install the right parts. Conclusion: Ice cube dispenser still doesn't work! In response to our complaint, we were informed that the order is considered completed and that we should place a new repair order. Absolutely incompetent!!!!
