Bin dann gleich hergekommen und konnte die Ersatzteile abholen. Nicht mal 3 Stunden nach der Fehlerdiagnose ist die Waschmaschine wieder gelaufen. Schon bei der telefonischen Anfrage hat er unser Problem ziemlich gut analysiert. Nach seiner Anweisung konnten wir die Teile leicht ausbauen und im Geschäft hat er die elektronischen Elemente durchgemessen und nur die defekten Komponenten ausgetauscht. Soviel Ehrlichkeit ist heute auch nur noch selten zu finden. Ich werde mich auch in Zukunft jederzeit wieder auf den Ersatzteilprofi verlassen und empfehle ihn gerne weiter.
