Erfolgreich mein Geschirrspüler ist wieder Funktionstüchtig. 100 % zum weiterempfehlen einfach super das Unternehmen. 5 Sterne zu Wenig Top. I can only recommend this company. Bekam am Telefon schnell und sehr freundlich einen Termin und den Tipp, dass es vermutlich ein BH-Bügel sei, der durch ein Loch in der Trommel dahinter gelangt war. Mit dem Tipp habe ich den Draht dann tatsächlich noch entdeckt, konnte ihn herausziehen und habe den Termin problemlos stornieren können. Sollte ich einmal ein wirkliches Problem mit der Maschine haben, werde ich mich sicher wieder an RBSH wenden. Danke! Had problems with the washing machine (loud noises when spinning, drum did not run smoothly). Got an appointment quickly and in a very friendly manner on the phone and the tip that it was probably a bra that had gotten through a hole in the drum behind it. With the tip I actually discovered the wire, was able to pull it out and was able to cancel the appointment without any problems. Should I ever have a real problem with the machine, I will definitely contact RBSH again. Thank you!

Nach kompetenter, freundlicher Beratung durch RBSH, war klar, dass ein Neugerät wirtschaftlich sinnvoller sei. Zu unserer großen Freude wurde dann auch noch gleich Samstag ein Liefertermin mit Installation angeboten! Besser kann´s gar nicht gehen! Top! In kürzester Zeit alles bestens gelöst. On Friday afternoon our AEG washing machine went into the eternal hunting grounds. After competent, friendly advice from RBSH, it was clear that a new device would make more economic sense. To our great pleasure, a delivery date with installation was also offered on Saturday! It couldn't be better! Top! Everything was perfectly resolved in the shortest possible time.

Am Telefon wurde mir gesagt, nachdem ich das Problem ausführlich beschrieben habe, dass ziemlich sicher die Stoßdämpfer zu tauschen sind. Was sich bei dem Alter und dem Zustand der Waschmaschine gerade noch rentiert hätte. Vor Ort hat dann der Techniker nach ein paar Minuten festgestellt, dass es doch die Lager sind, was sich nicht mehr auszahlt. Den Einsatz musste ich trotzdem zahlen. Sicher war das mein Risiko aber die tel Beratung davor war halt alles andere als optimal. Unfortunately, I was badly advised. On the phone I was told after I have described the problem in detail that pretty sure the shock absorbers are to be swapped. What is still rewarded at the age and condition of the washing machine. On site, the technician has found after a few minutes, that it is the camps, which no longer pays off. I had to pay the mission anyway. It was certainly my risk but the TEL advice before that was everything but optimal.
