S	Spahovic Amela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online Shop an und für sich ganz ok. Lieferung dauerte zwar etwas, aber war auch ok. Bestellte mit Zahlung per Rechnung (BillPay). Da ichbis auf 4 Teile alles Retour gesandt habe, bezahlte ich nur das behaltene Zeug. Da Mango jedoch ewig für die Bearbeitung der Rücksendung braucht, warte ich immer noch auf eine Rechnungskorrektur. Natürlich mahnt BillPay die ursprüngliche Rechnungssumme. Nach 5 Mails und einem 30min Anruf bei Mango, sagte man mir die Bearbeitung der Rücksendung dauert lt. den AGBs von Mango 3-12 Werktage und mit dem muss ich mich eben abfinden. Als ich beim Kundenservice anrief, weil niemand auf meine Mails antwortete, lag meine Rücksendung bereits 8 Tage unbearbeitet dort. Da ich auch noch immer keine korrigierte Rechnung bekommen habe, werde ich mal wieder einen telefonischen Kontakt starten.... Also lasst lieber die Finger vom Online Outlet Shop Mango, den sobald man was kostenpflichtig zurück sendet dauert die Rückerstattung Ewigkeiten. Online shop in and of itself quite ok. Delivery took a while, but was also ok. Ordered with payment by invoice (BillPay). Since I sent everything back to 4 parts, I only paid for the stuff I kept. However, since Mango takes ages to process the return, I am still waiting for an invoice correction. Of course BillPay reminds the original invoice amount. After 5 emails and a 30min call to Mango, they told me that processing the return takes 3-12 working days according to the Mango terms and conditions and I just have to put up with that. When I called customer service because no one replied to my emails, my return was already there 8 days unprocessed. Since I still have not received a corrected invoice, I will start a telephone contact again .... So better stay away from the Mango online outlet shop, as soon as you send something back for a fee, the refund takes forever.

I called them and the employee Veronica helped me immediately. Veronica is the best employee in the store! She is the best in costumer service. She is professional and she addressed my problem with effectiveness. Wish all the empoyees were like Veronica!
