★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most awful customer service I’m ever had. The associate in shop at the cashier yesterday was extremely rude. We asked him for a gift wrapping (which we have to pay for), he only gave the box and not only did he answer with very bad attitude but he refused to pack the shirt we bought into the box. I just saw the cashier next to us pack 3-4 boxes for the other customer. The explanation we got was that there is a line waiting now which totally is bs because there is a line cause the other cashier packed those boxes for the other customer.

Numerous and spacy fitting rooms and cash desks are bonus but discounts offered so often make your shopping an experience free of worries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good store, but all the time when I come I fell to be a little bit discriminated, why there is no that much choice for the women as for men? The store itself is very big. There is selection for man, women and kids by the age categories. At the cash desk there are a lot of staff which is serving you very quickly. The prices are lower than at the normal Ralph Loren but the difference is not that high, of course it depends how in the good.
