★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go there. My wife and I was there today. When we got in the shop no greeting no eye contact. Sales treated us as invisible. Why would I spend money there since sales gave me such first impression. Don’t go.

Everything nice with all those Sellers, its called Boutique, made for the fast Sell...
Come look find pay go be happy.... if they dont have it - it means endless waiting List.....lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is always a plesure to Come to Wagner Boutique. Today i didnt get what i wanted but mr. Assaf made my visit more than plesent. I cant even compare it to other Boutiques in Vienna mean Bucherer or Schullin where the staff is super arogant and rude.
Im looking forward to Come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to more than 10 boutiques in different countries. But here is Unprofessional sales people, wont be able to get any watch except for watches unwanted, they said rare watches only for people in Vienna and they told me to go to my country to buy a watch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I bought a watch, rolex Yacht Master 2, in Wagner (Tuchlauben 2).
I can say only- best recomedation and awesome experience. Mrs. Du was beyond professional and exceptional.
There is a wait list for every rolex watch, in other shops there is absolutelly no chance to get it, unless you wait for months, years.
Here, due to kind approach in order to fullfill customers' wish, I got this watch sooner that I hoped for.
Looking forward to future cooperation and to the next watch I will get (soon).
