★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service in all the world. I was with my family and we spend around 4000 euro. I asked for a bottle of water and they told us we dont serv couse of Covid. After 2 minutes they opend a bottle of Champagne for another customer in front of me. I asked again for water and they told me you are not VIP customer. Belive me it was so rude for all of us. Never come back to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hina is the best! I always tell people about how lovely it is every time we come to Fendi because of her. She is the reason I keep coming back and do not buy items online.
Whether I purchase something or not, coffee and drinks are always offered, and Hina’s hospitality is beyond words. The client events are beautiful and really add to the experience.
I have stopped going to some of the other high-end stores on the street because the staff is so irritating and just come to Fendi instead! xx
