★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly rude sales assistant of Asian background, used a very dismissive tone and was not willing to help as my Mont Blanc product was not purchased from this particular shop. I was so excited to go in there and have get a replacement ink for my pen so I could use it, however once he saw it was purchased from Duty Free, Australia (15 Sep 2020 - 2 weeks ago) he reminded me, twice, that the reason for the ink not working is that it was dry and old model. Thank you for ruining this item for me that was a gift.
