I went to Wagner time to time, personnel is friendly, however friendly is not enough when one starts talking about watches. Was very pleased today when met the first employe who knows what he is talking about. I bought a Rolex from Wagner quite some time ago and had a great experience and wanted to come back. When I came in to look at some watches, I decided to order one and I can't wait for it. I have been collecting watches for some time now and the so called Tiffany Blue Oyster Perpetual was a watch I really wanted to get. Currently I am waiting in line for it. However I really want to give huge credit to Hans. Hans helped to navigate a store and took time with me even though I told that I have no interest in buying a watch at that current moment. On top of patience, Hans knows how to handle watches, some history behind certain models and he is very open. I didn’t feel like I was forced to buy anything, it felt very relaxed and I had a good experience. I really value when people don’t act like they just want to sell me a product. Hans was not only able to speak and explain the model of Rolex he was showing, he was also able to keep up the conversation about other watch brands and he knows quite a lot about watches. Very sophisticated young man. Thank you for your help Hans, Hope to see you in the shop soon.
