Am Telefon hebt niemand ab, auch nach 10 minutiger Warteschleife. Auf emails wird nicht geantwortet, trotz Schadennummer und Polizzennummer. Ich bin gezwungen, mit dieser Versicherung zu korrespondierern. Privat werde ich diese Versicherung nie beanspruchen. This insurance is unreasonable. For 4 days I try to reach the insurance by phone or by email. No one picks up on the phone, even after 10 minutes of waiting. On emails is not answered, despite damage number and Polizzennummer. I am forced to correspond with this insurance. Privately I will never claim this insurance.
M	Milen Mitulovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut nicht empfehlenswert - auf gar keinen Fall dort eine RSV buchen. Die Versicherungsbedingungen sind absolut undurchschauber und sehr irreführend. Insbesondere beim Lenkerschutz wird getrickst - mit Lenkerrechtschutz, Lenker-Vertragsrechtschutz und Fahrzeugschutz(!) Die Reaktionszeiten nach der Schadensmeldung können bis zu einer Woche dauern - dann wird mal - wie in meinem Fall - zuerst die Deckung abgelehnt. Nach dem Versenden einer eigenen Kopie der Polizze, wird die Deckung dann nach mehreren Tagen doch noch zugesagt. Katastrophaler Kundenservice und irreführende Vertragsbedingungen. Absolutely not recommended - definitely not book an RSV there. The insurance conditions are absolutely inscrutable and very misleading. In particular when it comes to driver protection, there is trickery - with driver protection, driver contract protection and vehicle protection (!) The response times after the damage report can take up to a week - then - as in my case - the cover is refused first. After sending your own copy of the policy, the cover will still be promised after several days. Catastrophic customer service and misleading terms and conditions.

Wofür zahlt man jahrelang seine Beiträge die auch noch von Jahr zu Jahr erhöht werden? Almost 20 years member, then resigned due to a legal matter. What shoud that? What do you pay your contributions for for years, which are also increased from year to year?

Mai hat es gedauert, bis ich eine Antwort erhalten habe. zwei mal musste ich telefonisch urgieren. Erst nach Androhung einer Kündigung kam der Stein ins Rollen. very bad customer service. I wrote an email to the insurance company on April 19, 2021 about a contract adjustment. It took me until May 20th to get an answer. I had to urgently phone twice. Only after the threat of dismissal did the ball get rolling.
