Rätselformular - wenn man vielleicht den Code knackt, wie man das Geburtsdatum eingibt, könnte man vielleicht doch vielleicht wirklich eine Anfrage schicken - ich habe es nicht geschafft, aber scheinbar würde das ja Arbeit verursachen.... There is a great contact form or puzzle form on the homepage - if you maybe crack the code, how to enter the date of birth, maybe you could actually send a request - I didn't make it, but apparently that would cause work. ..

Da es sich um eine Terminsache gehandelt hat, blieb nichts anderes übrig, eine nicht gerechtfertigte Strafe zu bezahlen. Unfortunately, it is not possible to give zero stars. Have been waiting for a call back from my supervisor for 4 days, which is also not reachable by phone. Since it was a matter of an appointment, there was no alternative but to pay an unjustified penalty.

Wie haben vor Jahren eine Lebensversicherung abgeschlossen, und könnten erstmalig auf das Geld zugreifen. Trotz mehrmaligen Anrufen und Terminen gibt es keine Transparenz. Telefonmitarbeiter behaupten, es gäbe keine Kontoauszüge/-übersicht, dann wird einem versprochen „die Mathematik“ rechnet die verschiedenen Auflösungs/Auszahlungsvarianten durch und wird per Post versendet - ein Monat später noch immer kein Ton. Auch die persönliche Beratung vor Ort war reinste Zeitverschwendung. Es ist unfassbar, denn insgesamt liegt von uns ein 6stelliger Betrag bei dieser Versicherung und man wird behandelt wie der letzte Dreck. Es folgt eine Beschwerde an die Direktion. Like years ago, you had a life insurance policy and could access the money for the first time. Despite multiple calls and appointments, there is no transparency. Telephone workers claim that there are no bank statements / overview, then one is promised "the math" calculates the various dissolution / disbursement variants and is sent by mail - a month later still no sound. The personal consultation on site was a waste of time. It is incredible, because a total of us is a 6-figure amount with this insurance and you will be treated like the last dirt. This is followed by a complaint to the Directorate.

Das es etwas länger gedauert hat, ist dem behördlich geforderten Papierkrieg geschuldet. Ich kenne nicht Alles Angebote, aber das Produkt, welches ich brauchte, fiel zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit aus! Everyone here, without exception, is friendly, patient, and helpful. I was helped immediately. The fact that it took a little longer is due to the officially required paperwork. I don't know all the offers, but the product I needed turned out to be to my complete satisfaction!
