T	Taner Öz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war mit meinem Vorigen Fahrzeug bei diese Versicherung ich hatte einen Steinschlag in der Windschutzscheibe da haben sie mir sogar über die Vollkasko Versicherung Probleme gemacht wegen der Windschutzscheibe habe mein Auto verkauft hab mir ein neues Fahrzeug zugelegt wollte wieder bei dieser Versicherung meine Anmeldung machen wurde ich leider nicht angenommen weil bei der Windschutzscheibe ein Problem gab's gut dass es halt andere Versicherungsanbieter gibt und jetzt bin ich dort nie wieder bei dieser Versicherung I was with this insurance company with my previous vehicle, I had a stone chip in the windshield, they even caused me problems with the fully comprehensive insurance because of the windshield, I sold my car, I bought a new vehicle, I wanted to register with this insurance company again unfortunately not accepted because there was a problem with the windshield, it's a good thing that there are other insurance providers and now I'll never go there with this insurance company again

Städtische Hotline... Bitte bitte bitte... Die Datenschutzverordnung richtig durchlesen!!!! und Bitte bitte bitte schaffen Sie dieses Homeoffice ab... Ihre Mitarbeiter heben kein Telefon ab und am Nachmittag ist niemand mehr erreichbar... sehr sehr schlechte Zustände... nie jemand erreichbar... Anrufe werden weitergeleitet... hebt niemand ab... usw. von so einem Unternehmen mit solchen Umsätzen erwarte ich mir mehr Kundenservice... und mit einem Tut mir leid ich kann Ihnen nicht weiterhelfen wegen der Datenschutzverordnung ist es nicht getan.... Bitte an die Führungsebene... Richtig Lesen und Anwenden... So... something unfriendly and unhelpful on the hotline... I've experienced that very rarely... and I think that was a few years ago and it was also the Wr. Municipal hotline... Please please please... Read the data protection regulation properly!!!! and please please please do away with this home office... your employees don't pick up the phone and nobody can be reached in the afternoon... very, very bad conditions... nobody can be reached... calls are forwarded... nobody picks up ... etc. I expect more customer service from a company like this with sales like this... and I'm sorry I can't help you further because of the data protection regulation is not enough.... Please to the management level... Read and apply correctly.. .
W	Wolfgang Muffat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noch nie wurde es einem so schwer gemacht einen Vertrag fristgerecht zu kündigen wie bei dieser Versicherung ... wenn man es endlich geschafft hat, bekommt man weiterhin Rechnungen/Mahnungen und Urgenzen zugeschickt. Wenn man - eher unwahrscheinlich - bei Kundenservice durchkommt wird man eher rüde behandelt oder es gibt die Auskunft, dass man "leider nichts machen kann" und man solle dann E-Mail schreiben, was sich als total sinnlos erweist. Niemals wieder It has never been made so difficult to terminate a contract on time as with this insurance company... once you have finally managed to do so, you will continue to receive invoices/reminders and urgent matters. If you - rather unlikely - get through to customer service, you will be treated rather rudely or you will be told that "unfortunately there is nothing you can do" and you should then write an e-mail, which turns out to be totally pointless. Never again
K	Kevin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anfrage für eine Zusatzversicherung: 1. Warteschleife(n) ca. 20 min 2. Mitarbeiter welche einfach auflegen 3. Angebotslegung sollte innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen erfolgen 4. Nach 3 Tagen Rückfrage begann der ganze Spaß wieder bei Punkt 1. Versicherung wurde jetzt bei einem anderen Anbieter abgeschlossen. Unglaublich... Request for additional insurance: 1st queue(s) approx. 20 min 2. Employees who just hang up 3. Quotation should be made within 1-2 days 4. After 3 days of inquiry, all the fun started again at point 1. Insurance has now been taken out with another provider. Unbelievable...

Why I give such review? Well, good luck if you ever reach these guys over phone or email, especially when you need them urgently (e.g. in case of accident). I've been paying almost 200 EUR/month for full kasko while other companies would charge ~120 EUR max. They didn't want to even consult me when I had an accident and simply redirected to insurance company of the culprit.
