Als ich zur korrekten Uhrzeit an der Geschäftsstelle war, war mein Kundenbetreuer nicht vor Ort! Da das mein erster Kontakt mit einem Mitarbeiter in dieser Geschäftsstelle war, wusste ich seinen Namen nicht mehr. Ich bekam einen anderen zugeteilt, der sehr bemüht war. Wir fanden heraus, dass es sich um seinen Kollegen handelte, der sich nicht an den Termin gehalten hat. Zwei Tage später wurde ich von diesem angerufen und sehr heftig beschimpft, da ich mir seinen Namen nicht gemerkt habe. Der Termin wurde 1 1/2 Wochen vorher telefonisch ausgemacht! Ich habe ihm keinen Grund gegeben mich zu beschimpfen! Liebe Generali, wollen Sie, dass so mit Ihren Kunden umgegangen wird? I made an appointment with my account manager in the Antonigasse. When I was at the office at the correct time, my account manager was not on site! Since this was my first contact with an employee at this office, I no longer knew his name. I was assigned another one, who was very anxious. We found out that this was his colleague who did not keep to the appointment. Two days later, I was called by this and verbally abused because I did not remember his name. The appointment was made 1 1/2 weeks before by phone! I gave him no reason to berate me! Dear Generali, do you want that to be handled with your customers?

Etwas das ich als Deutscher von deutschen Zulassungsstellen nicht gewohnt bin... ;) Da kann ich nur danke sagen! :) Nice, friendly and quick. Die ganze Aktion hat keine 5 Minuten gedauert. Das kenne ich wirklich anders von anderen Zulassungsstellen, top Service. I was just registering my car and I am really impressed with how quickly and friendly the employee did everything. The whole action took less than 5 minutes. I know that really different from other registration offices, top service.

E	Eva Sabine Perl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kompetent und freundlich auch betreffend Fragen wie Öffnungszeiten usw im Gegensatz zur Zulassungsstelle in einem anderen Bezirk, wo man unhöflich darauf hingewiesen wird, dass die Dame alleine ist und was man überhaupt meint. Competent and friendly also regarding questions like opening times etc. in contrast to the admissions office in another district, where you are rudely pointed out that the lady is alone and what you mean at all.
