★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bike fit with Karl from Roadbiker and can't speak highly enough of the service there. He was extremely competent in setting up my bike, listened to everything I had to say about my goals and any nagging injuries I had and was able to put me in a position that I am extremely comfortable in. Not only this but he was also a bloody nice bloke and good fun to talk to.
Every time I have been to the shop I have been impressed with the level of service there and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sellers may be seen as arrogant by tourists but it is because people working there really know what they are talking about. I had a great experience: top notch material and the best pieces of advice one can expect from a bike shop.
I believe that it is the best bike shop in Vienna!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just returned from the shop and this must have been the best, most professional yet also friendly and efficient service i have ever recieved from a bike shop. I initially just went there to get advice on a new bike i need for a particular purpose. The salesman Thomas listened attentively and then without being persuasive in any manner gave me very professional and adject advice. He almost took a hour to talk various aspects through, he selected a few bikes for me to try out and i just loved them. again there was zero pressure on me to buy the bike but since i was extremly grateful for the spoton service and loved the bikes he chose for me to try. i got myself a new cross trail bike.
i can only highly recommend this shop. they really know their stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant, unfriendly and unprofessional people... The shop is empty and the guy is waiting at the door, but for a 10 minute operation, they ask you to come back in 2 months... The worst is that, if you dare expressing any feeling of surprise, they start insulting you: I was called "Albanian", among other words (God knows what it means for them ;-)). A few meters from there along Praterstrasse, on the right side direction Praterstern, there is another bike place, much more friendly and professional: just go there, as I did!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Specialized Sirrus EQ 3.0 from the RoadBiker last week. I commute by bike daily, so I decided it was finally time to invest in a nice bike. I love the new bike and am now wondering why I rode around on a cheap dutch bike that was perpetually falling apart for so long. I was in between the M and L size frame, and went for the medium. After a few days I came back because I wasn't quite happy with how it fit, and Paolo helped me. He really took his time and talked with me about the bike and the fit. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up switching out the stem and it's perfect now! I definitely recommend them if you're looking for a quality bike!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From dealing with my first entry level bike to helping me make decisions on more recent bike purchases and upgrades, the Roadbiker team has always been competent, straight forward and professional (special thanks to Paolo for his unwavering patience and stellar consultations). Whether you are looking to buy a bike, change up your equipment or you have mechanical issues, the experience and knowledge of the staff is second to none and something I have always appreciated. I can absolutely recommend this store to all bike enthusiasts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my very first bike ride in Vienna (I just moved here) I had the worst mechanical failure possible: my derailleur got twisted in my wheel (don't ask me how), causing it to bend completely, twist my chain and break off the connecting part at the frame. It was already dark, I was cold and the closest metro station was 3.1km... I had no other option than to walk back but a savior in the dark appeared... A friendly cyclist stopped, saw the damage and decided to push me all the way to the metro station. On the way there he told me his name was Karl and that he worked at roadbiker and if I wanted I could stop by the next day to have a look at the damage. Truly a miracle and I felt very grateful for this stranger to help me out!
The next day I went to roadbiker and they fixed my bike straight away, new part, new chain and fixed the derailleur to the best of their abilities! Karl was super helpful and very upfront about the repair cost, duration and extra measures they had to take. If I ever have the money to buy an S-works, I've already decided where to buy it! Great shop :))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the team at Roadbiker! (Paolo, Christoph and Karl)
1. really knowledgeable team and they took tons of time to help picking out the right bike for me
2. kept me updated on every step of the bike progress and delivery and when it will arrive
3. once I picked up the bike took the time to walk me thru, explain the details, show me everything and were very patient in all the questions I had. Even showed me how to change a tire :)
Overall the team went above and beyond - definitely highly recommend!
