Mein Rad hat er kompetent, schnell und zu einem fairen Preis repariert. Darauf kommt es an. Und am Schluss hat er sogar gelächelt. Danke. Ich komme wieder. He doesn't win a beauty award. Also no charm or friendliness price in the telephone consultation. But he doesn't have to. He repaired my bike competently, quickly and at a fair price. That's what matters. And in the end he even smiled. Thank you. I'll be back.

Nachdem mir am Telefon dann ein zutiefst unfreundlicher Herr erklärt hat, jio und wos soll i jetzt mochn, hat daraufhin ein anderes Geschäft mit mir den Deal gemacht! Offenbar scheint man hier auf Kundenfreundlichkeit und Kompetenz keinen Wert zu legen. Vielleicht hat man es auch nicht nötig neue Kunden gewinnen zu müssen!!! P.s Nein natürlich nicht am Sonntag um 15h. Sondern schon vor einigen Wochen I wanted to order a new bike and get some information. After a deeply unfriendly gentleman explained to me on the phone that jio and what should i like now, another business made the deal with me! Apparently, customer friendliness and competence do not seem to be of importance here. Maybe you don’t need to win new customers !!! P.s No of course not on Sunday at 3pm. But a few weeks ago
M	Manuel Gruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war wegen einer Spezialreparatur dort, ging sehr schnell und preislich im Rahmen. Aber zum Reifenplatzer reparieren würd ich nicht hin gehen! Kurzgesagt: Professionell, aber schon recht unhöflich(ich kann verstehen, dass das für einige nicht passt, mir war’s wurscht und am Ende warns eh nett) I was there for a special repair, was very quick and affordable. But I wouldn't go to repair the tire blowout! In short: Professional, but quite rude (I can understand that this doesn't fit for some, I don't care and in the end it's nice anyway)

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, sehr kompetent und sehr flexibel! Mein Fahrrad wird in Zukunft nur mehr hier zum Service gebracht, denn mir ist wichtig das sich Profis die wissen was sie können sich um mein Rad kümmern! Der „Radmechaniker“ hat höchste Qualität!! War sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder!! I came across this bike workshop by chance. A short, friendly conversation and I knew they knew what they were doing. Staff very friendly, very competent and very flexible! In the future, my bike will only be serviced here, because it is important to me that professionals who know what they can take care of my bike!
