★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw the Dr Stark for a second opinion before going under the knife. he advised me not to do that just yet, and rather we should take a conservative treatment and later see whether you would need a more aggressive treatment. Have to say that this was the better approach and now I am breathing fine. He told me to come visit him again in a few months to discuss further treatment which I will.
I found his judgment to be very good, and also he has reasonable prices. He's not the type that will charge you few hundred euros for a few minute of consultation and he will give you sound advice.
He could however improve his waiting time. I waited there almost an hour.

Speaks English. Getting appointment is no pain at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs and the doctor speak English well and had no difficulty with communication at all. I called the clinic and got an appointment pretty easily. I study singing so I am ENT-friendly person. Dr.Stark is one of the best ENT doctor I have ever met in town. I have gotten recommendations from my friends before I visit there and now I know why. I will visit him gladly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there once, never again. The lady at the reception was very rude and completely unprofessional, did not want to even open the door. Considering that I only speak German a bit, as soon as she realized it she started shouting like crazy. Completely disappointed. But to be fair this experience is solely based on how I was treated at the reception, did not go to see the doctor considering how bad the reception service was.
