★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mir ein SUP Board gekauft, obwohl eigentlich RFTec ein Onlinehandel ist, konnte ich eine Abholung vereinbaren, unkompliziert, bin mit dem Sup Board super zufrieden und habe riesigen Spaß.
I bought a SUP board, although actually RFTec is an online shop, I could arrange a pickup, uncomplicated, I am super happy with the Sup board and have a lot of fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine völlig chaotische Versandabteilung macht dem Kunden das Leben schwer. Firma verwechselt Liefer- und Rechnungsadresse (gleich drei mal). Die Lieferung erfolgte unvollständig dann wieder doppelt. Für die Lieferspesen wird dem Kunden noch viel Laufarbeit zugemutet.
A completely chaotic shipping department makes life difficult for the customer. Company confuses delivery and billing address (three times). The delivery was then incomplete twice again. The customer is still expected to do a lot of running work for the delivery charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo, hatte vor einiger Zeit bei RFTEC einen E Scotter online gekauft. Fuhr mit dem Teil einige Zeit herum bis er auf einmal versagte. Aufregung groß! ..was machst jetzt!!
Habe sofort die Firma kontaktiert. Was soll ich tun. Den Herr von der Firma telefonisch erreicht." er könnte sich den Scotter anschauen wenn ich ihn vorbei bringe, da ich aus der selben Stadt bin.
Gesagt getan.Ein paar Tage später fuhr ich hin. Er schaute sich das Teil an. Kurze Zeit darauf konnte ich wieder fahren, weil sich herausgestellt hat, dass sich nur ein Kabel gelöst hat das mir vielleicht durch das schlampige verstauen im Auto löste.
Super einfaches Service, werde sicher wieder etwas dort bestellen.
Top Service und Scotter fährt noch immer!
Hello, bought an E Scotter online at RFTEC some time ago. Took the part around for a while until it failed all at once. Excitement big! ..what are you doing now!!
I immediately contacted the company. What should I do. The gentleman of the company reached by telephone. "He could look at the Scotter if I bring him over, since I am from the same city.
Said done. A few days later I drove off. He looked at the part. A short time later I was able to drive again, because it turned out that only one cable has come loose, perhaps because of the sloppy stowage in the car.
Super easy service, will definitely order something again.
