Y	Yve Eva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War hier wohl falsch beraten, abgesehen davon dass ich meine Reifen wechseln wollte, dachte der Herr er verkauft mir gleich neue Felgen. Er dachte halt, einer Frau kann man bald was einbläuen. Meine Reifen wurden dort nicht gewechselt, fuhr dann zum öamtc... und was der Herr über die Felge sagte, stimmte gar nicht... der andere Mechaniker meinte es wäre eine derartige Abnützung gar nicht möglich... Schade darum... hielt sehr viel von den Werkstätten des Forstingers.., aber solche Mitarbeiter machen eine Firma kaputt. Was probably wrong advice here, apart from the fact that I wanted to change my tires, thought the gentleman he will sell me new rims. He thought that a woman could soon be taught something. My tires were not changed there, then drove to the öamtc ... and what the gentleman said about the rim was not true at all ... the other mechanic said that such wear would not be possible ... It's a shame ... thought very much of the Forstinger's workshops ... but such employees destroy a company.
R	RR Marcus Zahel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letzter Eindruck aufgrund telefonischer Anfrage bei Forstinger (Kalsdorf) war leider abtörnend. Frage, ob Gurtverlängerung für PKW lagernd wäre. Antwort von jugendlich klingender, weiblicher Stimme: nein, haben wir nicht. Auf meine weitere Frage, warum nicht? Wiederholung der ersten Antwort ohne Begründung. Bevor aufgelegt wird, höre ich noch, wie sie zu KollegIn sagt: der fragt glatt, warum wir das nicht haben... Junge Frau, die Frage könnte man sicher beantworten: vielleicht ist die Ware nicht mehr im Programm, nicht zugelassen in Österreich (weder für Schwangere noch für AdipositaspatientInnen). Momentan nicht vorrätig, kommt aber wieder oder dort und da zu bekommen... Kunden sollte man grundsätzlich nicht abfertigen oder im Regen stehen lassen. Viele nette VerkäuferInnen würden dabei den Kopf schütteln. War einfach enttäuscht und verstehe, warum viele im Internet und dadurch nicht in Ö kaufen. Schade. MZ Last impression due to a telephone request from Forstinger (Kalsdorf) was unfortunately off-putting. Ask if there are belt extensions for cars in stock. Answer from a youthful-sounding female voice: no, we have Not. In response to my further question, why not? Repetition of the first answer without explanation. Before hanging up, I hear her say to my colleague: he asks why we don't have that ... Young woman, the question could be answered with certainty: maybe the product is no longer in the range, not approved in Austria (neither for pregnant women nor for obesity patients). Not in stock at the moment, but will come back or get one there and there ... Customers should not be processed or left out in the rain. Many nice salespeople would shake their heads. Was just disappointed and I understand why many buy on the Internet and therefore not in Austria. Too bad. MZ
