J	Johanna Grabher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte einen Defekt an meiner Lichtmaschine (Keilriemen gerissen), und das mitten auf der Autobahn... Bin noch (stromsparend) zur Abfahrt Feldkirchen gekommen und gleich zu Ihrer Werkstätte gefahren. Dort wurde mein Auto vom Mechaniker angeschaut, der Defekt sofort erkannt und ein Termin zur Reparatur für den nächsten Tag vereinbart. Alles perfekt soweit. Komme heute in Ihre Filiale, treffe auf einen jungen, sehr motivierten Mitarbeiter, welcher gerade ausführlich einen Kunden berät. Neben ihm eine nicht ganz so motivierte Mitarbeiterin, welche 10 Minuten am Computer und Handy tippt, während ich vor ihrem Schalter stehend bloß den Schlüssel für mein Auto zur Reparatur abgeben will, und mich dann irgendwann genervt fragt, was ich denn hier will (zum besseren Verständnis: Ich wurde angerufen, ob ich bitte mein Auto früher bringen könnte, weil ein Werkstatttermin ausgefallen ist, und ich hatte zugesichert, dass ich in 5 Minuten da bin!) 5 Sterne trotzdem, weil ich bisher immer höchst zufrieden war, mit der Werkstatt und der Beratung. Ich lasse mein Auto gerne weiterhin bei Ihnen reparieren, und werde wohl auch weiterhin Wartezeiten wegen "unmotivierter" MitarbeiterInnen hinnehmen. ;-) Mfg I had a defect in my alternator (V-belt torn), and that in the middle of the autobahn ... I got to the Feldkirchen exit (energy-saving) and drove straight to your workshop. There my car was inspected by the mechanic, the defect was recognized immediately and an appointment for repair was made for the next day. Everything perfect so far. Come to your branch today, meet a young, very motivated employee who is currently advising a customer in detail. Next to him is a not so motivated employee who typed on the computer and mobile phone for 10 minutes while standing in front of her counter just want to hand over the key to my car for repair, and then at some point annoyed asks me what I want here (for the better Understanding: I was called to ask if I could bring my car earlier because a workshop appointment was canceled and I had assured that I would be there in 5 minutes!) 5 stars anyway, because I have always been extremely satisfied with the workshop and the advice. I am happy to continue to have my car repaired by you, and I will probably continue to accept waiting times because of "unmotivated" employees. ;-) Kind regards
T	Thomas K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlicher und nicht hilfsbereiter Mechaniker. So mit Kunden umzugehen ist auch eine Frechheit. Einzig die Kassiererin ist nett und hilfsbereit, für die ist der eine Stern! Dort fahre ich aber nicht mehr hin. Very rude and unhelpful mechanic. Dealing with customers like this is also a cheek. Only the cashier is nice and helpful, for her one star is! But I don't go there anymore.
