Das junge und motivierte Mechaniker Team ist kompetent, freundlich und sehr bemüht, aber dass man von beiden Geschäftsführern mit seinen Anliegen nicht ernst genommen wird und als unwissend hingestellt wird, enttäuscht ziemlich! Schade! Unfortunately, the positive impression we had for my wife when we bought an e-bike has not been confirmed. The young and motivated team of mechanics is competent, friendly and very hard-working, but the fact that both managing directors do not take their concerns seriously and are presented as ignorant is quite disappointing! Pity!

Das Personal ist äußerst unfreundlich, nicht hilfsbereit und überhaupt nicht gut in Ihrem Gebiet. Sie kennen sich null aus und können genau gar nichts. Sie wissen wahrscheinlich gar nicht wie man ein Fahrrad richtig repariert! Ich hätte mein Fahrrad genau so gut zu einem Baumarkt stellen können. Es wäre das gleiche passiert, billiger wäre es wahrscheinlich gewesen. One cheek this shop! 200 euros paid for NOTHING !!! The staff is extremely rude, unhelpful and not at all good at their field. They know nothing about it and can do nothing at all. You probably don't even know how to properly repair a bike! I could just as easily have taken my bike to a hardware store. The same thing would have happened, it would probably have been cheaper.

Ich bin SEHR zufrieden und komme sicher wieder. Top service and value for money, all very friendly and helpful! I brought 2 bikes to the service, both within a very short time (1 day!) To my complete satisfaction. Price for labor and spare parts absolutely ok and fair. I am VERY satisfied and will definitely be back.

Der Versuch Regional zu kaufen ging in die Hose. Eventuell sind sie freundlicher wenn man ein E Bike kauft. Nur das werde ich leider nicht herausfinden. Extremely rude. Not helpful. Seldom experienced anything like this. A hose change on a children's scooter was stopped after 3 minutes. The attempt to buy regional products went wrong. They may be friendlier when you buy an e-bike. Unfortunately I won't find out that.
