B	Bianca Mainz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zufrieden mit der Betreuung, sehr lange Wartezeit. Vom Mechaniker kam die Aussage: "Ich bringe die Schraube nicht auf." Daher konnte ich das Ersatzteil nicht kaufen, was echt eine Frechheit aus meiner Sicht ist! Wir haben das Teil dann zu Hause selber ausgebaut. Also mich sehen Sie als Kunden sicher nicht mehr. Not happy with the care, very long wait. The mechanic said: "I am not able to apply the screw." Therefore I could not buy the spare part, which is really cheeky in my opinion! We then removed the part ourselves at home. So you certainly won't see me as a customer anymore.
L	Leonie Schalamon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine Empfehlung! Ich war mit meinem Vw Lupo am 16.05 in der Filiale c.v.h., um die Batterie tauschen zu lassen. Das Personal war extrem einsilbig, wirkte unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Der Mechaniker ist mit meinem Auto in der Werkstatt verschwunden und kam ohne Erklärung mit dem „fertigen“ Auto zurück. Erst später stellte sich heraus, dass mehrere Kabel an der Batterie nicht angeschlossen waren, unter anderem der Stecker für den Kühlerlüfter und die Stromversorgung für das Autoradio. Dadurch hat das Auto beim Fahrsicherheitstraining am nächsten Tag überhitzt und weißer Rauch stieg aus der Motorhaube. Ich hatte wirklich Angst, da dass mein erstes Auto ist und ohne meinem Papa hätte ich nicht gewusst was los ist. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und erschrocken von der schlechten Leistung des Forstinger Teams. Ich würde diese Werkstatt wirklich niemandem empfehlen, außer ihr wollt unfreundliche, inkompetente Mitarbeiter und eine schlechte Leistung. No recommendation! I was in the branch c.v.h. with my Vw Lupo on May 16 to have the battery replaced. The staff was extremely monosyllabic, seemed unmotivated and unfriendly. The mechanic disappeared into the workshop with my car and came back with the "finished" car without explanation. Only later it turned out that several cables were not connected to the battery, including the connector for the radiator fan and the power supply for the car radio. As a result, the car overheated during driving safety training the next day and white smoke rose from the bonnet. I was really scared because it was my first car and without my dad I wouldn't have known what was going on. I am very disappointed and scared by the poor performance of the Forstinger team. I would really not recommend this workshop to anyone unless you want rude, incompetent staff and poor performance.

m	martin gander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Verkäufer wirkt als hätte man den grantigen 60 Jährigen Praktikant der Wursttheke vom Lidl hinter die Kassa gesetzt. Beratung war unterirdisch. Die Frage nach einem Service beim Moped wurde mit einen Angeschnauze genantwortet und es wurde gesagt "man soll zu anderen gehen da man selber Probleme hat". Es handelte sich eigentlich nur um die Feineinstellung vom Vergaser. Was wirklich jeder Mechaniker könnte. Das war zudem schon das zweite mal dass ich in diesem Geschäft angeschnauzt wurde. Nach Beschwerde beim Kollegen des grantigen Opas der anscheinend selber kein gutes Verhältnis mit dem Mitarbeiter hat wurde etwas unverstädnliches hinter dem Rücken gemurmelt. Also komplett anstandslose Besetzung. Es ist eine Zumutung dort einzukaufen. The seller looks as if the grumpy 60-year-old intern at the Lidl sausage counter had been put behind the cash register. Advice was underground. The question about a service for the moped was answered with a snap and it was said "you should go to others because you have problems yourself". It was actually just a fine adjustment of the carburetor. Which really any mechanic could do. This is also the second time I've been snapped at in this store. After complaining to the grumpy grandfather's colleague, who apparently doesn't have a good relationship with the employee himself, something incomprehensible was mumbled behind his back. So completely flawless cast. It is a disgrace to shop there.

Ich werde jeden abraten dorthin zu gehen. Staff are extremely rude. Advice does not exist. You will be turned away as if you don't feel like talking. It feels like being disturbed. I will advise everyone to go there.

Er war sehr freundlich. I was able to communicate well with the employees. The deadline was met. The mechanic explained the situation and the work he was doing to me very well. He was very friendly.
