R	Randorkan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute heute als Notfall Patient dort, Angstpatient bin ich sowieso und anstatt mir zu helfen, schicken Sie mich in die Zahnklinik. 2 Leute in der Ordination und die Ärztin hatte weder heute noch morgen Zeit einen Notfall dazwischen zu schieben. Meiner Meinung nach muss man als Zahnarzt doch immer damit Rechnen das ein Notfall rein kommt. Wäre ich kein Angstpatient würde ich es ja vlt. noch verstehen, aber jemand der Behauptet auf Angstpatienten spezialisiert zu sein und dann jemanden in die Zahnklinik schickt, hat keine Ahnung. Wahrscheinlich nur eine Verkaufsmasche. Also ich bin schwer enttäuscht von dem Besuch und kann jedem nur Abraten sein Geld dort hin zu tragen. Offensichtlich behandelt die Dame Notfälle nur dann, wenn Sie Lust hat oder neue Kunden braucht. I was there today as an emergency patient, I am an anxiety patient anyway and instead of helping me, send me to the dental clinic. Two people in the surgery and the doctor had no time today to put an emergency in between. In my opinion, as a dentist you always have to calculate that an emergency comes in. If I were not an anxious patient I would vlt. still understand, but someone who claims to be specialized in anxiety patients and then sends someone to the dental clinic, has no idea. Probably just a sales pitch. So I'm seriously disappointed with the visit and can not advise anyone to carry their money there. Obviously, the lady treats emergencies only when she feels like it or needs new clients.

Mein Sohn und ich hatten innerhalb einer Woche sehr kurzfristig einen Termin benötigt und sie hat uns nach der Ordi-Zeit angnommen, da wir auf Urlaub fuhren. Sehr bemüht und wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben bei Fr. Dr. KRÖPFL. Sehr empfehlenswert! Top doctor and very friendly team! My son and I had an appointment within a week at very short notice and she took us after the ordi time as we went on vacation. Very hard-working and we felt in good hands with Fr. Kröpfl. Highly recommended!
P	Peter E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war nur wegen einer herausgefallenen Plombe dort und mir wurde bei einem anderen Zahn gleich ein Implantat (Zahn reißen, obwohl Wurzel gesund!) plus diverser Brücken "angeboten" - geht gar nicht!!! Zwei andere Ärzte (Radiologe - nochmals ein Panoramaröntgen gemacht) und ein Kieferchirurg haben mir unabhängig von einander gesagt, dass dies keinesfalls notwendig ist. Zahn kann gerettet werden mit neuer Krone und Kariesbehandlung. Und falls dies nicht greift, nächsten Zahn überkronen und Brücke an diesen hängen. Daher ist dies für mich eine reine Geldmacherei! Bin sehr enttäuscht, da Ärztin ansich sehr nett war.... I was only there because of a fallen seal and I was "offered" an implant for another tooth (tooth tear, although root is healthy!) Plus various bridges - doesn't work at all !!! Two other doctors (radiologist - another panoramic X-ray done) and a maxillofacial surgeon told me independently that this is not necessary. Tooth can be saved with a new crown and caries treatment. If this does not work, crown the next tooth and hang the bridge on it. So for me this is purely money-making! I'm very disappointed because the doctor was very nice ...

War schon bei mehreren Zahnärzten aber hier werde ich definitiv bleiben. Vielen Dank The Dr. And your team is very eager and sensitive. I came here because of pain and got an appointment immediately. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, besonders freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal, welches sich in der Behandlung wiederspiegelt. Sehr vorsichtig, schmerzfrei, alles was man sich von einem Zahnarzt erwartet. Top!!! I have been with Dr. Kroepfl. Even entering the practice is good for you. Very pleasant atmosphere, particularly friendly and accommodating staff, which is reflected in the treatment. Very careful, painless, everything you would expect from a dentist. Top!!!

Als Angst Patient komme ich mittlerweile gerne hin und irgendwie verliere ich immer mehr die Angst! The best dentist since there were seals! The whole team is wonderful! As a fear patient I now like to come there and somehow I lose my fear more and more!
