Dann haben wir Fahrräder gemietet in See-Biker Wolfgangsee. Der Service war perfekt. Die Jungs waren super freundlich, bestens gelaunt, die Bikes waren einwandfrei und der Preis sehr fair! Sofort wieder, Top-Laden! Besser geht nicht Today we borrowed 2 fat bikes and drifted down the slope on the Postalm. The guys were super friendly, in a good mood, the bikes were perfect and the price was very fair! Immediately again, top shop! It doesn't get any better

Auf einem gemütlichen Schotterweg geriet der Umwerfer in die Speichen, die Ursache kenne ich nicht. Vorbei war die Radtour. Da Radhaus forderte von mir 118 Euro zusätzlich. Auf meinen Einwand, ich bin normal geradelt, hiess es, das sehe der Mietvertrag eben so vor. Ich musste also einen Schaden begleichen, den ich gar nicht verursacht habe - und konnte zudem meine Tour nicht fahren. Am meisten aber ärgere ich mich, daß mir unterstellt wurde, ich hätte etwas falsch gemacht („wie haben sie denn das hinbekommen“, „von alleine geht kein Rad kaputt“). I borrowed a mountain bike for a day, didn't ride any hard trails, no falls or collisions. The derailleur hit the spokes on a leisurely gravel road, I don't know the cause. The bike tour was over. Da Radhaus demanded an additional 118 euros from me. In response to my objection that I cycled normally, it was said that the rental agreement provided for that. So I had to settle some damage that I didn't cause - and I couldn't ride my tour either. Most of all, however, I am annoyed that I was accused of doing something wrong (“how did you manage that”, “no bike breaks on its own”).

Also rented baby cart for 1 year old baby - also had to inflate and in cart was in very bad condition on other hand after we claimed that to owner - everything was solved. So overall I believe our experience was caused by non professional employee and it is not general customer approach.
