Im Raum Salzkammergut hatte ich vorher 7 andere Bikestores besucht und teils erbärmliche Beratung bekommen. Spart euch die Mühe und kommt gleich hierher!!! Danke nochmal!!! Bei den Burschen sehr hilfsbereit und sehr kompetent! Dear friend, I can only recommend this business! Even during the lunch break, our bikes quickly repaired. R	Richard Rheinland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte auf einer Tour das Problem, daß mein Schaltauge gebrochen ist. Am nächsten Tag morgens um 8:00 angerufen, hingefahren, drangekommen. Die Reparatur wurde umgehend gemacht. Ich hatte nette Beratungsgespräche und erhielt hilfreiche Tips während des Schraubens. Habe dann im gleichen Zug eine 20er Bremsscheibe hinten einbauen lassen. Alles zusammen ging wirklich sehr flott. Absolut empfehlenswert. On a tour I had the problem that my derailleur hanger broke. Called the next day at 8:00 am, drove there, got there. The repair was done immediately. I had nice consultations and received helpful tips while screwing. Then in the same train I had a 20 mm brake disc installed at the rear. Everything went really very quickly. Highly Recommended.

Toller Laden und kompetentes Personal. 2 MA haben Werstatt und Verkauf gemeinsam gestemmt. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Flat tire dealt with quickly and easily. Unfortunately I had to travel from Mondsee because the dealers / workshops there had to fit. Great shop and knowledgeable staff. 2 employees handled workshop and sales together. I can only recommend.

In der heutigen Zeit gibt es leider nicht oft so einen tollen Service. Ich würde auch 10 Sterne vergeben, wenn es gehen würde. Vielen Dank - Urlaub gerettet ? Super competent staff. I needed a spare part that was unfortunately not in stock. They took care of it and got me the part right away. Unfortunately, these days there is not often such great service. I would also give 10 stars if it worked. Thank you - vacation saved ?
