Waren richtig enttäuscht, der Mitarbeiter total unfreundlich, dieser sagte uns, dass wir das Geschäft verlassen sollten. UNGLAUBLICH Never again. Had booked with 3 people 5 e-bikes. Two days later, the same employee did not know more about it. Were really disappointed, the staff totally rude, this told us, that we should leave the shop. INCREDIBLE

R	Rene List on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Betreuung war sehr gut, auch So Abholung möglich. Die Mountainbikes (Hardtail) sind OK, aber nicht TOP, für ansprechendere Mountainbike Trails wäre eine bessere Schaltung von Vorteil. Leider kein Getränkehalter ! Die Citybikes waren voll OK. Bei einer Panne hatte ich rasch einen Betreuer da (aus St. Gilgen), der sofort helfen konnte. Care was very good, also so pickup possible. The mountain bikes (hardtail) are OK, but not TOP, for more appealing mountain bike trails, a better circuit would be beneficial. Unfortunately, no drink holder! The city bikes were fully OK. In case of a breakdown, I quickly had a carer there (from St. Gilgen), who could help immediately.
V	Vojtěch Navrátil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, bikes are in a very good condition, as a new. A personel was friendly and chilled, we had no problems whatsoever. But be wary, no cards accepted!!
B	Bob Bobes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again. Rented 2 bikes in Strobl for a day (50 eur). During the trip our son had a big fall (on his own little bike, no broken bones but badly scraped) so we didnt make it back by 6pm. I called the firm, told them we had an accident, the response was “well, hurry up, you may be charged half day fee, but make sure you bring them tomorrow before 9am so they can be rented out again for the day”. I brought them in before 9am and got charged the half-day fee (40 eur) anyway. Im sure their terms give them this but the customer experience was awful.
