Nach kurzem Telefonat kurz vor der Mittagspause wurde der Schaden von dem freundlichen Team rasch erledigt. Außerdem wurde ich informiert, dass meine Bremsbelege abgefahren sind. Auch dass wurde rasch erledigt. Danke für die promte Reparatur ??? I had a flat tire on my e-bike today, June 17, 2021. After a short phone call just before lunch, the damage was quickly dealt with by the friendly team. I was also informed that my brake pads were worn out. That was also done quickly. Thanks for the prompt repair ???
F	Fred P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preise von 20 € pro Tag für ein Treckingrad kann man nur nehmen wenn es keine Mitbewerber gibt. Freundlichkeit kann man nur mit korekt bewerten. Service - schlecht, es wurde nichts am Fahrrad eingestellt. Als ich eine halb abgebrochene Pedale reklamierte, wurde ich nur genervt gefragt, ob ich den ein anderes Fahrrad wolle. Eigentlich ja klar oder? Prices of 20 € per day for a trekking bike can only be accepted if there are no competitors. Friendliness can only be rated correctly. Service - bad, nothing was adjusted on the bike. When I complained about a half-broken pedal, I was just annoyed asked if I wanted another bike. Actually, of course, right?
P	Pia K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super tolles und kompetentes Team mit großem Know-how! Wir hatten uns zuerst E-Bikes ausgeliehen und waren da schon begeistert von der freundlichen Truppe. Als wir die Leihräder zurückbrachten, hatte uns das e-bike-fieber schon gepackt und wir haben uns gleich vor Ort informiert über Ausführungen, Preise usw. und wurden wirklich kompetent und ausführlich beraten. Wieder zu Hause abgekommen (leider noch ohne eigene Fahrräder, wir wollten nichts überstürzen) besuchten wir 2 weiter Fahrradgeschäfte in unserer Umgebung, aber die Jungs von Alpen-bike hatten uns so überzeugt das wir extra nochmal hingefahren sind und uns die räder dort gekauft haben. Man fühlt sich einfach total gut aufgehoben dort! Super great and competent team with great know-how! We had borrowed e-bikes first and were thrilled by the friendly team. When we returned the rental bikes, the e-bike fever had already seized us and we found out about designs, prices, etc. on site and were given really competent and detailed advice. Back home again (unfortunately still without our own bikes, we didn't want to rush anything) we visited 2 other bike shops in our area, but the guys from Alpen-bike had convinced us so much that we went there again and bought the bikes there. You just feel that you are in good hands there!

Wir können Alpen-Bike nur weiter empfehlen und werden es auch machen ;) We bought two e-bikes. Great service and great conversation over the lunch break. You don't find that very often. We can only recommend Alpen-Bike and will do it;)
B	BG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfekter Service, super freundlich, tolles Geschäft. Uns wurde nach einem kleinen Sturz direkt geholfen und das Rad wieder fit gemacht. Ganze nebenbei gab es noch ein gemeinsames Feierabend in der Werkstatt mit einem netten Talk und einigen Tips. Sollten wir mal wieder am Mondsee sein,werden wir auf jeden Fall ein Besuch abstatten. Wirklich,in den aktuellen Zeiten,selten so ein entspannten, freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Laden entdeckt. Nebenbei, sehr schicke Rädchen und tolles Equipment ist auch vorhanden! Perfect service, super friendly, great deal. We were helped immediately after a small fall and the bike was made fit again. By the way, there was an evening together in the workshop with a nice talk and some tips. Should we ever be at Mondsee again, we will definitely pay a visit. Really, in the current times, rarely found such a relaxed, friendly and helpful shop. By the way, very chic cogs and great equipment are also available!

Mondsee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe vor einem Jahr ein Rad bei Alpenbike gekauft und wurde sehr freundlich und kompetent beraten, der Liefertermin wurde trotz großer Coronanachfrage pünktlich eingehalten, das Rad wurde perfekt auf mich eingestellt. Jetzt habe ich das Rad aus dem Winterschlaf geholt und Alpenbike hat meinem Drahtesel ein Service verpasst, ich bin für die neue Saison bestens gerüstet und möchte mich beim Team bedanken, super Leistung, weiter so. I bought a bike from Alpenbike a year ago and was given very friendly and competent advice, the delivery date was met on time despite the great corona demand, the bike was perfectly adjusted to me. Now I've got the bike out of hibernation and Alpenbike has given my bike a service, I'm well prepared for the new season and would like to thank the team, great work, keep it up.

I did not feel good there, there's seems to be an atmosphere of "we service our friends first". You can wait forever to be asked what you need.
