Hatten uns für eine kleine 2h Tour E-Bikes ausgeliehen. Der Mitarbeiter war super freundlich, hat uns eine entsprechende Tour empfohlen und auf der Karte aufgezeichnet. Bikes waren tiptop, Tour hat viel Spaß gemacht. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert, wer ein Fahrrad ausleihen will!

Haben uns hier 2 E Bikes ausgeborgt und sind rundum zufrieden gewesen. Schon im Vorfeld per E Mail sehr netten Kontakt bzgl Reservierung gehabt. Vor Ort wurde der sehr positive Ersteindruck bestätigt. Super netter Besitzer der alles genau erklärt, einige Tipps gegeben und in Summe eine Engels Geduld mit uns unerfahrenen Bikern an den Tag gelegt hat. :-) Auch die Räder in einem tollen Zustand zu fairen Preisen. Tip Top, vielen Dank und beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder. ???

I've had a terrible experience with this rental company. As the owner writes here, by confirming the terms and conditions, you agree that you are responsible for the bike during the rental period. But what would you expect from a rental company when you puncture a tyre? If no one warns you about it, they won't provide you with tools to fix it or a spare inner tube? I would expect that this is a common situation that the rental company will handle (come to get us, or come and fix the bike - most routes are within a half hour drive from the rental company). In fairness, bikes are repeatedly rented, a bike may get a flat tyre simply because more people ride bikes than if the bike were yours, it may be due to material fatigue. It is therefore unfair to hold a person responsible for these situations. Mr Markus writes that he always tries to find the best solution to a given situation. Markus is lying, judge for yourself (unless he meant the best solution for himself). His solution was to tell us that it was our problem, that he didn't have time to deal with us and to go to the nearest bike service. He literally told us that we were on our own. The nearest bike service was 8km away and because the bike service was closing, I had to RUN (not walk) 8km with my bike. I ASKED WHAT HE WOULD RECOMMEND TO A FAMILY WITH CHILDREN OR AN ELDERLY RETIRED COUPLE IF THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO THEM - THE REPLY WAS THAT HE WOULD RECOMMEND THE SAME THING! IT DOESN'T MATTER THAT YOU ARE 60 YEARS OLD OR HAVE A SMALL CHILD, RUN TO THE NEAREST BIKE SERVICE! Really?! It is against the law in my country to put things in the general terms and conditions that are against the clear expectation of the customer. This means that in our country Mr Markus would most likely knowingly cheat customers and act illegally. In conclusion, when we asked for a refund of the repair invoice, Markus almost laughed at us, even though he promised us on the phone that he would refund part of it. In the end, after an unpleasant argument on the street, he refunded the invoice. To sum it up, if you are not sure you won't get a flat tire (which you logically can't be sure of), try another rental company where they really care about their customers and not just the money. Attached is a photo of me running with the bike, a situation that awaits you instead of a trip if you get a flat tyre. And Mr. Markus, wouldn't it be worth doing business honestly without cheating your customers?

Quality bikes and outstanding customer service!

100% recommendable! Yesterday we rented two e-MTB's and we had a great experience. The staff on the store was super-friendly, they gave us advise on which route we could follow and explained us really well how the e-bikes worked (all in english so the communication was super easy). The route we followed was incredibly nice, we enjoyed it a lot and we definitely recommend you this place.
