★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte einen Tag vor der Anreise an den Attersee am Abend festgestellt, dass mein Fahrrad einen defekt (Platten am Hinterrad) hat. Ich habe die Radlwerkstatt angerufen und das Problem geschildert und mir wurde für den Anreisetag sofort Hilfe angeboten. Vereinbarter Termin (Samstag) vor Ort wurde eingehalten und bekam einen perfekten Service. Hat auch gleich das Fahrrad von meiner Frau angesehen und entsprechend Luft und Funktion überprüft. Danke nochmals an die Radlwerkstatt für den super schnellen Service.
P.S.: Preis war absolut in Ordnung für die Reparatur.
One day before arriving at the Attersee in the evening, I discovered that my bike was defective (flat tire on the rear wheel). I called the bike workshop and described the problem and was immediately offered help on the day of arrival. The agreed date (Saturday) on site was kept and the service was perfect. Also immediately looked at my wife's bike and checked its air and function accordingly. Thanks again to the bike workshop for the super fast service.
P.S .: Price was absolutely okay for the repair.
