A	Ace TL40 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war ursprünglich Kunde bei einer anderen Bank und wollte lediglich Geld abheben, doch durch den freundlichen Service der MitarbeiterInnnen war ich verlockt das Konto zu wechseln. Als mir die Mitarbeiterin (Frau Huspek) im Foyer dann angeboten hat direkt ohne Termin das Konto mit ihrem Kollegen (Herr Dziekan) zu eröffnen hielt mich nichts mehr ab. Mittlerweile bin ich seit einigen Wochen bei Raiffeisen und komme für den freundlichen Service des Teams in die Filiale. I was originally a customer of another bank and just wanted to withdraw money, but the friendly service of the staff tempted me to switch accounts. When the employee (Mrs. Huspek) in the foyer offered me to open the account with her colleague (Mr. Dziekan) without an appointment, nothing stopped me. I've been with Raiffeisen for a few weeks now and come to the branch for the friendly service from the team.

Herr Beer hat mir schnell mein ELBA eingerichtet und sogar gezeigt, wie ich in Zukunft beim Handywechsel ohne in die Bank zu kommen meinen Verfüger übertragen kann. Vielen Dank! My Elba did not go anymore, since I had a new phone. Mr. Beer quickly set up my Elba and even showed how to transfer my wrecker to my wrecker in the future when changing mobile phone change. Das gesamte Team dort ist super freundlich und ich wurde bei meinem Termin äußerst kompetent beraten. 5 verdiente Sterne! I recently had an appointment to open an account at the branch and felt that I was in very good hands. Ich hatte viele Fragen zu meinem Bankkonto, ELBA und zu meiner Kreditkarte. Jetzt bin ich bestens Informieren und spare dank einem neuem Kontopaket sogar noch Geld. Meiner Meinung nach ein viel besseres Angebot als was die anderen "Banken" hier anbieten, die eigentlich nur Geld verdienen möchten und ihre KundInnen nicht so gut und erstrecht nicht so individuell behandeln und beraten The woman at reception (I think Huspek) and her young colleague (I think Beer) were very friendly to me and gave me quick and competent advice. I had many questions about my bank account, ELBA and my credit card. Now I'm well informed and thanks to a new account package I'm even saving money. In my opinion a much better offer than what the other "banks" offer here, which actually only want to make money and do not treat and advise their customers as well and certainly not as individually

Ich habe regelmäßig Fragen, Probleme von verschiedener Natur, benötige Hilfe um Sachen zu erledigen. Ich habe diesbezüglich die besten Erfahrungen. Besonders viele Unterstützung habe ich seit längerer Zeit von Frau Huspek bekommen. Sie steht immer hilfsbereit, freundlich, gut gelaunt, geduldig zur Verfügung und beherrscht offensichtlich alle Kenntnisse die notwendig sind um eventuelle Probleme schnell zu lösen. Banksachen zu erledigen ist kein großes Vergnügen, bei dieser Filiale kommt man trotzdem immer gerne vorbei. As a long-standing customer, I've been to the branch relatively often for years. I regularly have questions, problems of various nature, need help to get things done. I have the best experience in this regard. I have received a lot of support from Ms. Huspek for a long time. She is always helpful, friendly, cheerful, patient and obviously has all the knowledge necessary to quickly solve any problems. Taking care of banking matters is no great pleasure, but this branch is always a pleasure to visit.
