Bestellte vor knapp zweieinhalb Wochen eine Sonnenbrille, füllte Adresse, Kontaktdaten etc., aus und wartete auf den versprochenen Rückruf- der nie erfolgte. Als ich nun das Geschäft aufsuchte war ein anderer Mitarbeiter da, der zuerst meinen Auftrag nicht finden konnte und mir mitteilte "dass es unmöglich sei, dass ich das schriftlich bestellt haben soll" weil "immer alles im Computer gespeichert wäre" - nun endlich fand er den handschriftlichen Auftrag - "Brille nicht lieferbar." Eine Alternative wurde mir nicht angeboten, und die Beteuerung ob des nicht erfolgten Rückrufes: "normalerweise passiert sowas nie," fand ich auch mager. Einen Anruf hätte ich zumindest erwartet. "Freundlichen Kundenservice" kann man das beim besten Willen nicht nennen. Ich wohne nicht weit entfernt & meine Familie/Freunde/Nachbarn zähl(t)en zu der Kundschaft. Auch ihnen werde ich von einem weiteren Besuch dringend abraten! Ich kann diesen Optiker keinesfalls weiterempfehlen - sucht Euch lieber einen professionellen Optiker!!! Unfortunately I had a very bad experience and find this optician unprofessional, to say the least. Just under two and a half weeks ago ordered sunglasses, filled in address, contact details, etc., and waited for the promised recall never happened. When I went to the store, there was another employee who could not find my job first and told me "that it's impossible for me to have ordered it in writing" because "everything is always stored in the computer" - he finally found it the handwritten order - "glasses not available." An alternative was not offered to me, and the assertion whether the unsuccessful recall: "usually never happens," I found lean. At least I expected a call. "Friendly customer service" can not be called that with the best will. I live not far away & my family / friends / neighbors count to the clientele. I also strongly advise against another visit! I can not recommend this optician - look for a professional optician!
