Weiß ja gar nicht, wie ich man da verhindern kann, dass jemand deinen Code sieht!! New remodeling looks great, but you just feel like you're outside at the ATM as well as in the mirror cabinet. I do not know how to prevent a person from seeing your code !!
F	Fili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz schlechter Service! Man wird behandelt wie der letzte Dreck! Habe aufgrund der von der Filialleitung vorgelebten Kundenpolitik die Betreuung gewechselt. Ratschlag: Jede andere Filiale der Ersten Bank vorziehen. Very bad service! You are treated like the last dirt! I changed the support due to the customer policy exemplified by the branch management. Advice: Prefer any other branch of the Erste Bank.
K	Karina Neumann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit Monaten funktioniert der Kartenleser mit dem man Zugang zum Foyer erhält nicht richtig. Anfangs hab ich mir noch nichts gedacht aber jetzt ein paar Monate später wird es richtig anstrengend nie funktioniert die Türe und daher sind Bankgeschäfte am Wochenend oder ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten fast unmöglich es sei denn man hat sehr viel Glück. Das es nach so langer Zeit immer noch nicht gerichtet wurde wirkt sehr unprofessionell! The card reader with which you can access the foyer has not been working properly for months. At first I didn't think anything, but now a few months later it gets really exhausting, the door never works and therefore banking on the weekend or outside of opening hours is almost impossible unless you are very lucky. The fact that it has still not been judged after such a long time seems very unprofessional!

Ich wollte einen Erlagschein am Schalter einzahlen und mir wurde der Service verweigert. Bei der nächsten Filiale war mein Anliegen überhaupt kein Problem. I am very disappointed with the customer service! The magnetic stripe of my debit card was broken. I wanted to deposit a deposit at the counter and was denied service. At the next branch my request was not a problem at all.

So was ist man in der heutigen Zeit nicht mehr gewöhnt. Bitte weiter so.Danke!!! My regular branch for many years. Even in critical times I would always advise in an extremely friendly, almost family-like manner. Supervisor very helpful. One is not used to something like that in today's world. Auch Theaterkarten zu bekommen war kein Problem.(Als diese noch geöffnet waren). Ich fand alle mit denen ich zu tun hatte sehr freundlich. I was helped very quickly and unbureaucratically in this branch, with a call at home that everything was sorted out. Getting theater tickets wasn't a problem either (when they were still open). I found everyone I interacted with very friendly.

Solche Mitarbeiterinnen sind kein gutes Aushängeschild. Die Filiale selbst aber sehr schön umgestaltet! Very rude and arrogant service staff. Was just brushed off, treated condescendingly, no mention of service! Such employees are not a good figurehead. The branch itself but very nicely redesigned!
