★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't get the negative comments about the price because everybody in Vienna knows that Oberlaa cakes and coffee have a price. The quality is decent and always in a high level like in every coffeehouse of the Oberlaa chain.
The staff sometimes does seem a bit unmotivated and not in the mood to serve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. The waiters are rude, it’s like they don’t want to be there. It took them 20 mins just to get my order, they warmed up the croissant in the microwave and I told them it became saggy, to which they warm up it the over and brought a saggy and burnt croissant ?
