★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in Innsbruck during the Transcontinental Race, after 900km without sleeping and 4 other bike shop I finally found this bikeshop, the young mech took care of my Venge Vias and changed some urgent rear mech cable. When I had to leave the bikeshop I almost collapsed on their floor, but they reacted quickly and gave me a nice chair to sleep and some energy gel to recover. These guys took care of my bike and me. TOP STAFF, best shop in Innsbruck. They totally deserve this 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understandably the only 5-star bicycle-shop in Innsbruck. I arrived with quite a problem on my gearing with my race bike. Although initially it seemed unrepairable, they creatively fixed it for a very small price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad service experience, do not agree with ratings here.
I brought a bike with a clear diagnostic, back disc brake was contaminated. They agreed to fix it.
Despite of waiting four days for the service and pay 40€!! they were lazy as f*ck and just changed the pads. Which of course didn't solve the problem, new pads where contaminated again.
I ended up doing it myself, this shop can't be trusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally charged me 50Euros for 2x brake shoes, I still can't believe it. And one of the mechanics there didn't even made an effort to properly look at my bike and simply said: Sorry, I can't do anything for you. That's it, won't see me again and do not recommend to go there.
