Werden wieder in dieses Geschäft fahren, wenn wir was benötigen! Denn Freundlichkeit findet man in Innsbruck nicht überall, haben diese Erfahrungen schon gemacht!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Laden, freundlich und hilfsbereit! War mit meinen Freunden in IBK am biken. Nach einem Sturz war eine Kurbel kaputt. Trotz Fenstertag und Fremdmarke hat man die defekte Kurbel zumindest provisorisch soweit ausgerichtet, dass wir unser bike WE fortsetzen konnten. Großes Lob für die Hilfe, ihr habt mir sehr geholfen!!!!! Das ist ein Fahrradladen, wie man ihn heutzutage nur noch sehr selten antrifft! Big thx Günther aus Vorarlberg
Great shop, friendly and helpful! I went biking with my friends in IBK. A crank broke after a fall. Despite the window day and third-party brand, the defective crank was at least temporarily adjusted so that we could continue our bike WE. Kudos for the help, you helped me a lot !!!!! Freundliche, schnelle Bedienung und so hilfsbereit, dass sie einem auch mal ein Spezialwerkzeug ausleihen.
11/10 Best bike shop I have ever been to.
Friendly, fast service and so helpful that they even lend you a special tool.
