★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently rented 10 bikes for 8 days from Crazy Bikes, Innsbruck. Our experience was perfect from the initial inquiries to the final pick up.
We were 4 adults and 6 children of different ages. Since we arranged a delivery of the bikes, we were a little concerned about sizes and fitting. All bikes arrived exactly fitting our party members, and in excellent mechanical condition.
Christian and Patricia are running a very tight operation, and provide outstanding service all the way. We highly recommend renting bikes from Crazy Bikes in the Tyrol area for any required duration, location and route.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking to do any sort of bike touring, work with the friendly and capable team at Crazy Bikez. My friend and I toured hundreds of kilometers between Munich and Venice on their bikes, which worked flawlessly for the whole trip and were cheaper than the competition. The touring bikes came fully equipped with tools, a pump, and high-quality panniers. I’m writing this review because this is a business that deserves much business, and I hope to come back again and cycle all over Europe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented 10 bikes with Crazy Bikez for 5 days to cycle from Innsbruck to Torbole, Italy along the Via Claudia Augusta and Adige Bike Paths. We had 1 electric and 9 tourers. The bikes were excellent, very reliable, very well equipped and equipped with everything we needed (waterproof panniers, bell, lock, reflectors and night light). The bikes were well calibrated and well maintained, each with our name on. Patricia and Christian were always very helpful before and during the rental. We e-mailed directly over the internet and on the agreed day we went to get the bikes ready for our tour! We left the bikes at Torbole and Crazy Bikez collected them for us. We highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for an awesome week on ‘my’ Trek X-Caliber 8.
The bike was perfectly maintained, and set up really well. It performed faultlessly for the c.400km I rode during the week, including places like Seegrube.
Also, the owners are very helpful. When I emailed (several times) before I came, they were extremely helpful, and when I arrived looked after me very well, including giving me GPSies routes they have created, etc.
Really loved it, and will definitely be back here to rent again! Thanks guys, see you next year hopefully!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m thrilled I found CrazyBikez. I was able to easily reserve before my visit from overseas, ask qu’s via email, and then upon arrival I rented an amazing bike that Chris knew intimately. He then gave me awesome ideas for places to see, and even offered other ideas for my stay here. I was already thrilled with the bike service when he offered me a delicious coffee, at which point my trip hit a high point. Can’t say how happy I am I found this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive rented bikes from this shop twice (one regular tourer and one ebike). Both times rental went very smoothly and the bikes were in great condition.
Be aware, they also rent in winter, something other shops don't always do.
I use the bikes to commute to work during my frequent visits.
Staff is super friendly and speaks very good English.
