Advent ein Laufrad bestellt und mir wurde bestätigt, dass sie dies auf Lager haben und nur noch zusammen bauen würden und danach könnte ich es abholen. Nach 2 Wochen hab ich angerufen und mir wurde wieder gesagt, dass sie es zusammen bauen und mich dann infomieren. Nach 3 Wochen somit grad mal 1 Woche vor Weihnachten wurde ich infomiert, dass sie das Rad leider doch nicht mehr haben. Sie könnten es sich selbst nicht erklären. 1 Woche vor Weihnachten ein Woom Laufrad aufzutreiben ist unmöglich. Hätte man mich früher darüber infomiert hätte ich wenigstens noch handeln können. Somit findet mein Sohn leider kein Laufrad unterm Weihnachtsbaum.. sehr schade dieser Sevice. Werde definitiv nie wieder dort etwas bestellen oder kaufen und auch meiner Familie und Freunden kann ich diesen Betrieb nicht empfehlen. I ordered a balance bike before the 1st of Advent and I was confirmed that they have this in stock and would only assemble it and then I could pick it up. After 2 weeks I called and was told again that they would build it together and then inform me. After 3 weeks, just 1 week before Christmas, I was informed that they unfortunately no longer have the bike. You couldn't explain to yourself. Finding a Woom balance bike 1 week before Christmas is impossible. If I had been informed about it earlier, I would at least have been able to act. So my son can't find a balance bike under the Christmas tree .. it's a shame this service. I will definitely never order or buy anything there again and I cannot recommend this company to my family and friends either.

Manuel und sein Team überzeugen nicht nur mit fachlicher Kompetenz, Engagement und Freundlichkeit, man fühlt sich zudem auch noch sehr gut aufgehoben. Fehlberatung = Fehlanzeige Werde definitiv hier Kunde bleiben !!! For a little more than 2 years I have been using the entrance door of the Veloflott Shop regularly and with pleasure. Manuel and his team not only convince with their professional competence, commitment and friendliness, you also feel that you are in very good hands. Wrong advice = nil I will definitely stay here as a customer!

Die Beratung im Verkauf ist ehrlich und kompetent und in der Werkstatt haben die Mechaniker immer ein offenes Ohr, egal ob man mit dem Stadtrad, Mountainbike oder high end Rennrad kommt.. Ps: der Kaffee ist auch super ?? Best bike workshop in town! You immediately notice that the whole team are passionate cyclists. The advice in sales is honest and competent and in the workshop the mechanics always have an open ear, regardless of whether you come by city bike, mountain bike or high-end racing bike. Ps: the coffee is great too ??

Habe statt meinem Geld nur einen Gutschein bekommen. Finde ich nicht fair. Werde die Bewertung rausnehmen sobald ich mein Geld bekomme. I bought 2 products that are on the internet c.a. cost a third and wanted to return it 20 seconds after I bought it. Got a voucher instead of my money. I don't think it's fair. Will remove the rating as soon as I get my money.

Haben mit bei dem Aufbau meines Reiserads wirklich weitergeholfen und auch in Zeiten von Lieferschwierigkeiten eine super Lösung gefunden. Vielen Dank The team is always friendly and even if it is sometimes busy, they don't let themselves be stressed and take their time for you. Really helped with the construction of my touring bike and found a great solution even in times of delivery problems. Thanks very much
