Personal wirkte komplett unsicher und unfreundlich !! Once and never again ! Was a single failure! Brought my e-bike to service and got it back with a completely misaligned gears! Staff seemed completely insecure and unfriendly!

Derzeit ist ja wirklich viel los, trotzdem hat sich der Verkäufer Zeit genommen und mir alle Modelle genau erklärt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, für mich das beste Radgeschäft in Innsbruck! Habe dort mein Stadtrad reparieren lassen, leider wurde das überhaupt nicht ordentlich erledigt, dafür stand der Preis in keinem Verhältnis. Mir wurde sehr deutlich gemacht, dass sie auf solche Aufgaben echt kein Bock haben. Ich würde vorschlagen, wenn es unter eurer Würde ist ganz normale Stadträder zu reparieren, es einfach nicht mehr anzubieten. Super unfriendly staff. I had my city bike repaired there, unfortunately it wasn't done properly at all, the price was out of proportion. It was made very clear to me that they really don't feel like doing such tasks. I would suggest that if it is beneath your dignity to repair normal city bikes, simply stop selling them.

Aussage bei einem 4500 Euro Fahrrad wo die Gangschaltung nicht funktioniert und die Kette ständig rausspringt. Das ist so mit dem muss ich Leben. Sie können nichts machen das Problem ist beim Hersteller schon bekannt und sie können nichts machen. Never again nines. The main thing is to sell bikes and then unfriendly and bad service. T	Tamara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin total zufrieden. Die Terminvergabe funktioniert unkompliziert und mein Haibike ist wieder top gewartet und sogar noch geputzt worden. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. I am totally satisfied. Appointments are straightforward and my Haibike is again well maintained and even cleaned. I can only recommend.

Habe noch gefragt ob hinten und vorne eingestellt wurde. Antwort: natürlich! Wenn dann wird immer beides eingestellt. Im guten Glauben hab ich es mitgenommen und stillschweigend akzeptiert, dass ich 30% mehr zahlen musste als veranschlagt. Nun fahre ich um den Eibsee und ärgere mich schwarz. Es schaltet nicht gescheit. Telefonisch teilt man mir mit, am Rahmen sei was verbogen (Carbonrahmen)- man habe es nicht besser hinbekommen. So ist das wenn man sich auf den Verkauf hochpreisiger e-bikes fokussiert. Sehr schade! ⚠! Maybe a different workshop! Today I picked up my MTB after swapping the ratchet gears at the front. I asked if the front and back were adjusted. Answer: of course! If so, both are always discontinued. In good faith I took it with me and tacitly accepted that I had to pay 30% more than estimated. Now I am driving around the Eibsee and am angry. It doesn't switch smartly. I was told by phone that something was bent on the frame (carbon frame) - it couldn't be done any better. That's how it is when you focus on selling high-priced e-bikes. What a shame!

Beste Kaufberatung für E-Bike im gesamten Großraum Innsbruck, war in mehreren Stores, aber eine so kompetente und vor allem "willige und motivierte" Beratung hatte ich in keinem anderen Bikestore erhalten! Absolut top! Top auch die Preise, hier sitzt man nicht auf dem hohen Ross und sagt dem Kunden: sei froh dass wir dir ein Bike verkaufen...leider in der derzeitigen Liefersituation, oft in anderen Geschäften zu hören bekommen. Fazit: Radsport Neuner (gilt für Kematen wie für IBK Rossau) Stores eine absolute Empfehlung meinerseits! Top!!! Für Team Neuner: mein besonderer Dank gilt Verkäufer Chri..... (Ihr kennt euch aus) Super store, super friendly and above all very competent employees!
