J	J E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch bei meinem zweiten und dritten Gang zu diesem Geschäft fand ich das Personal unfreundlich. Statt auf mein Problem einzugehen wurde mir mehrmals erklärt, dass meine Bremsbacken erneuert werden müssten und die Bremsscheibe vermutlich auch. Allein die Ersatzteile für das Ersetzen der Griffgummis am Lenker wurden mir zum 4,5x Wucherpreis berechnet als im Netz angeboten wird (wie ich im Nachhinein herausfand). Der Kommentar, dass sie kaum zu kriegen seien und mir 1:1 zum Katalogpreis weitergegeben wurden, stimmt dann wohl nicht. Ich rate von diesem Geschäft dringend ab. Even on my second and third trips to this shop, I found the staff unfriendly. Instead of addressing my problem, I was told several times that my brake shoes needed to be replaced, and probably the brake disc too. Only the spare parts for replacing the rubber grips on the handlebars were charged to me at 4.5 times the exorbitant price that is offered on the internet (as I found out afterwards). The comment that they are hard to come by and that they were passed on to me 1: 1 at the catalog price is probably not true. I strongly advise against this business.
D	Daniel Kofler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mieser Service! WAMS ist zwar irgendwie gemeinnützig, aber wenn ich diese Preise bezahlen muss, verlange ich ein Mindestmaß an Kundenorientierung. Und nicht, dass ich nach Überschreiten der versprochenen Reparaturzeit vertröstet werde, weil Teile falsch oder zu spät bestellt wurden. Musste das fehlende Teil selbst bei ribem KTM-Händler holen, damit es fristferecht fertig wird. Wer auf sein Fahhrad angewiesen ist und es sich daher nicht leisten kann, es einem solch chaotischen Getrieb zu überlassen, sollte zu einer anderen Fahrradwerkstadt gehen. Außerdem sind die Leure nicht besonders freundlich. Habe nach Jahren schlechter Erfahrung mit Conrad (teuer, unzuverlässig, mangelnde Qualität) mein Fahrrad jetzt zum letzen Mal dorthin gebracht. Bad service! WAMS is kind of non-profit, but if I have to pay these prices, I'm asking for a minimum of customer orientation. And not that I am put off after exceeding the promised repair time because parts were ordered incorrectly or too late. Had to get the missing part from Ribem KTM dealer myself to get it ready on time. If you depend on your bike and therefore cannot afford to leave it to such a chaotic transmission, you should go to another bike workshop. Also, the guys aren't particularly friendly. After years of bad experience with Conrad (expensive, unreliable, poor quality) brought my bike there for the last time.

In dem Laden meinte ein Herr, dass momentan nichts Passendes für mich da wäre, aber auch keine Räder reinkommen in Zukunft und ich solle wo anders schauen. Daraufhin hab ich mir ein Rad im Internet bestellt und soweit selber zusammengebaut, soweit ich es halt selber konnte. Für Bremsen und Lichtmontage wollte ich die Dienstleistung des Ladens aber in Anspruch nehmen, weil ich meinen technischen Fähigkeiten da zu wenig traue. Diese meinten jedoch nur, dass sie keine Räder aus dem Internet zusammenbauen und ich musste mir einen anderen Laden suchen…. Man darf sich also schon etwas wundern über den Geschäftssinn von so manchen Herrschaften… Soziales Projekt hin oder her…. Kann’s nicht empfehlen. Wanted to get me a bike for the city. In the shop, a gentleman said that there was nothing suitable for me at the moment, but that no bikes would come in in the future and I should look elsewhere. So I ordered a bike online and assembled it myself as far as I could. But I wanted to use the shop's services for the brakes and light installation because I don't trust my technical skills enough. However, they only said that they do not assemble bikes from the Internet and I had to look for another shop…. So one may wonder a bit about the business acumen of so many gentlemen... Social project or not.... Can't recommend it.

We agreed in price 100€ which I found expensive but being new in the city I thought the prices here in Innsbruck would be high. First of all, they said “maybe on Monday is ready, but we keep in touch” and it was already disappointing because it wasn’t a chemical product to be invented or a new dress to be done. They had to change two wheels and nothing else, but anyway. I called on Monday morning and they said “it’s ready but not confirmed” (what?) then in the afternoon they called me saying it was now confirmed and they could give me the bike. At 6:48pm I called to ask if they could wait for me to pick it up because I was 14 minutes away but they said “no, we close at 6 o’clock” and okay again!! No problem!!!! Next day though, when I went to pick my bike, the work wasn’t fully done, they took other ten minutes to finish and then they tried charging me another 22€ because of some extra work they found out later to be done! When I ask why didn’t they tell me the answer was “because the price of an international call was even higher” and okay, I mean, I have a foreign number but we talked three fiking times before coming! They are just cheaters! They try sucking your money out in any way! and they are also apparently very slow. DON’T TAKE YOUR BIKE TO THEM!
