W	Wolfgang Steiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mein Fahrrad (mit Nabenschaltung) zum Service gebracht, da die Kette wiederholt vom Zahnrad gesprungen ist und der Antrieb in den mittleren Gängen, vor allem bei stärkerem Druck, sehr oft durchgerutscht ist. Es funktioniert wieder alles bestens! Und das für weniger als € 30,-. Super! Danke I brought my bike (with hub gears) to service because the chain repeatedly jumped off the gear and the drive in the middle gears slipped very often, especially when there was more pressure. Everything works fine again! And that for less than € 30. Excellent! Thank you

Keine überteuerten Preise oder Versuche dem Kunden was „zusätzlich“ anzudrehen wie in so manch anderen Werkstätten. Auch mal ein spontaner Schlauchwechsel ist um 20€ sofort erledigt, auch danke dafür! Jederzeit wieder und absolut zum Weiterempfehlen Bike service with an appointment is perfect, the bike is almost like new afterwards! Super competence and very friendly! No overpriced prices or attempts to sell the customer something "additional" as in many other workshops. Even a spontaneous hose change can be done immediately for € 20, thank you for that too! Anytime again and absolutely to be recommended

Da wurde ein gratis Service angeboten im Rahmen einer Veranstaltung angeboten und der war 1stklassig! Und so habe ich einen 1sten großen, schon längst überfälligen Service beim Radsport Dornik für mein Trekking Rad machen lassen. Da mussten dann relativ viele Teile getauscht werden. Ein Teil der notwendigen Reparaturen wurde telefonisch mit mir geklärt ein Teil nicht. Dann gab es die Überraschung des Servicepreises per SMS. Mhhh. 2 Anrufe beim Geschäft mit Senior Chef und Werkstatt Mitarbeiter haben da leider nicht Klarheit schaffen können (das Gegenteil ist passiert). Da war meine Begeisterung im Keller. So jetzt der Teil warum es dennoch eine top Bewertung für das Geschäft gibt. Beim Abholen des Rades war der Junior Chef da und 1.) wir konnten auf einfache Art und Weise klären warum es zu Mehrkosten gekommen ist, 2.) er hat mir zugehört und hat meine Fragen klar beantwortet und 3.) das Ganze hat in einer wertschätzenden Art stattgefunden!!! So bin ich also mit einem ungute Gefühl hin und bin mit einem Lächeln raus. Top, Danke dafür! I had the first contact with Radsport Dornik at Siezenheimer Steg. A free service was offered as part of an event and it was first class! And so I had a 1st large, long overdue service done by Radsport Dornik for my trekking bike. A relatively large number of parts then had to be replaced. Some of the necessary repairs were clarified with me over the phone, some not. Then there was the surprise of the service price via SMS. Mhhh. 2 calls to the business with senior boss and workshop employees unfortunately could not provide clarity (the opposite happened). My enthusiasm was in the basement. So now the part why it still has a top rating for the business. When the bike was picked up, the junior boss was there and 1.) we were able to clarify in a simple manner why there were additional costs, 2.) he listened to me and answered my questions clearly and 3.) the whole thing in one appreciative kind took place !!! So I went there with a bad feeling and left with a smile. Great, thanks for that!
