Zwecks Umbau einer Wohnung benötigte ich Unterstützung bei der Durchführung eines vereinfachten Bauverfahrens (Bauanzeige). Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Architekten, die bei Bauanzeigen unterstützen, kann er nämlich sowohl als Planverfasser, als auch als Baumeister fungieren, was erhebliche Kosten einspart. For the purpose of converting an apartment, I needed support in carrying out a simplified construction process (construction notification). Mr. Wagner guided me through the entire process in the best possible way, was very friendly on all sides and, thanks to his experience, gave valuable tips that helped me with the conversion, which enabled me to avoid some expenses. The costs of his services are also absolutely within limits and are very fair. A decisive advantage of Mr. Wagner's services is the fact that he can offer everything from a single source. In contrast to many other architects who support building notices, he can act both as a plan author and as a master builder, which saves considerable costs. I'm already looking forward to the next project with him.
