 Have had the very best experiences with CONCREET. From the inspection to the signing of the rental agreement, everything went absolutely perfectly and transparently, and I couldn't have imagined the aftercare being better. Every question was always answered to our complete satisfaction and all the small details were really perfectly and courteously taken care of. So I can only warmly recommend CONCREET from the tenant's point of view and many thanks also to Mr. Petrovski for the great support and exemplary professional handling.

Some “more established” smaller firms have just been around for longer without keeping up in terms of regulatory change, efficiency and technology. I would definitely use Concreet in the future!

I rarely write reviews, but Mr Alexander Stampfer is one of the best estate agent I ever come across. I wanted to sell my flat. He guided me through whole process during our first meeting and suggested realistic evaluation estimate. I started to receive viewing requests soon after and about a few weeks after I received and accepted an offer. There were some delays due to COVID 19 but Alexander continued to update me about the progress of my sale until we had completion. I found him as an honest and straightforward professional; a man of his words. There was excellent communication throughout the process. His team also helped by remodeling my new home. I loved working with Karin and would highly recommend anyone looking for an interior designer who brings creativity but designs something that fits YOU and your style.
I sincerely recommend CONCREET!

1) The problem-solving approach. Their assistance during the negotiations with the sellers was efficient and impeccable.
2) Broad portfolio of services offered. They work not only as real-estate agents, but can also help in with construction permits, design, and getting in touch with construction companies. This makes life a lot easier in case a renovation is planned.
3) Informal and friendly attitude, plus perfect service in English. This is great value for foreigners with limited knowledge of the German language.
4) Punctuality. They were always perfectly on time, and are able to react quickly if necessary.
