T	Thomas Tuscher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Service und freundliches Personal. Rad hatte einen Defekt und wurde, obwohl wir 40km entfernt waren, innerhalb von 45min ausgetauscht. Great service and friendly staff. The bike had a defect and, although we were 40 km away, was replaced within 45 minutes.

Wir waren 4 Freunde (alter 25) und bekamen kein E- Bike da wir sie nur kaputt machen würden sagte die Verkäuferin und warf uns aus dem Geschäft. Very rude staff! We were 4 friends (age 25) and did not get an e-bike because we would only break it, said the saleswoman and threw us out of the shop.

Auch mögliche Touren wurden uns vorgeschlagen, Kartenmaterial gab es auch dazu. Ich hatte ein E Mountenbike. Während der Tour zeigte auf einmal der Bordcomputer Error an und der Antrieb funktionierte nicht mehr. Als ich beim Fahrradverleih anrief brachte Dieser uns sofort ein neues Fahrrad. Ein besserer Service ist meiner Meinung nach kaum möglich. I cannot understand the negative reviews at all. We received very good and detailed advice. Possible tours were also suggested to us, maps were also provided. I had an E mountain bike. During the tour, the on-board computer suddenly showed an error and the drive no longer worked. When I called the bike rental, they immediately brought us a new bike. In my opinion, better service is hardly possible.
b	bum11 bum12 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren 2x im Geschäft um nachzufragen. 1. Mal von einem älteren Herren ziemlich unfreundlich bedient. Am 2. Tag dann zum Abholen von einer älteren Dame noch arroganter und unfreundlicher behandelt. Wollten eigentlich gar keine Fahrräder mehr ausleihen, aber der 2. Verleih hatte überhaupt Pause. Dann doch noch vom Mann vom Vortag so halbwegs ordentlich bedient. Fahrräder waren toll !! Were twice in the shop to ask. 1st time served rather unfriendly by an older gentleman. On the 2nd day an older lady treated me to be even more arrogant and unfriendly. Actually didn't want to rent any more bikes, but the 2nd rental had a break at all. Then the man from the previous day served him so reasonably well. Bikes were great !!

We just did not end up renting because the lady was rude in a way we have not seen around the lake. There is plenty of other nice spots for bike rental. Just save your nerves and use one of them.
