★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself is a very good three star accommodation with breakfast. Don't expect any luxury but everything works, is clean etc.
However, we had a problem getting in to the hotel (which I believe the owners have fixed by now).
This is what happened - after we indicated we will arrive late (8pm) the hotel sent us a message explaining the key will be prepared for us in a secured box protected by a 4 digit code. However when we arrived, the code provided didn't work and we couldn't get the hey to get into the building. On top of that, we weren't able to reach anyone on any phone numbers provided. Luckily enough some other guests let us in after approximately 40 minutes of desperation (I was there with my 7yo daughter).
We were also lucky that our room was open so we could go to bed...
Little later that night someone from the staff actually showed up and gave us the key.
Other than that, the stay was perfect.

This is a very good hotel!!
The owners are very polity and helpfull
The rooms are big enough and very claen. Each day the bed was made and we got fresh towels.
The breakfast is very good.
Outside there is a locker for your ski's. Inside you have a room to change your ski boots with regular shoes and warmers to hang your wet boots on. Never had wet boots the next day.
We had some personal problems, not related to the hotel, and the people of the hotel were very helpfull to find a good solution.
If you go to Falchau, this hotel is an excellent choice!
