very bad restaurant. one of the worst i've ever been. we came a family with 3 childrens. i think the service was the worst i've ever met. the menu look nice, but the schnitzels were realy bad !!! not tasty at all, the food was cold, they didn't have any sauces, nothing. the soup was fine. the design inside look like a place that the time freeze 50 years ago, old, dark, not clean. NO WIFI, and the atmosphere was....cold and not welcome. this restaurant was aterrible experience.

Arrived there for dinner two families. From the beginning the waiter was very unpleasant. We ordered and when the courses arrived one was missing and another one was very dry and not tasty. No one came to ask if the food is to our liking and we tried to call the waiter for a long time to our table. When finally he came he said there’s nothing he can do and refused to take back or replace the course we didn’t like so it was left uneaten. Most of the restaurants in the area are very kids friendly and here there wasn’t any play area and all the staff made faces that the kids were there and were being kids. All the other food was ok but not worth the money or this attitude. We’re not coming back there again

Our dining experience in this place was a catastrophe. At first, we made a reservation for 12 people. They advised us to book for an earlier time slot because the restaurant was going to be full at prime time. So we reserved for 5:30pm. After two days, we came on time and there were only a few guests. We were seated two tables beside each other. The waitress took the orders of the other table first. We waited for her to come, but she didn't even proceed to our table right away. She forwarded the orders of half of our group to the kitchen and went to attend to other tables. After a few minutes she finally came to us to ask for our drinks. For about 10 minutes nobody came to us to take our food orders while the other table has just had their food served. Finally another waiter came to take our orders. After about 20 minutes my husband followed up on our food because the other half of our group had just finished eating. The waitress apologized and said she'll have a look. However, we haven't received any updates on our orders; instead, we saw her serving food to other guests who arrived later than we did. We spoke to another lady (the bigger one) to follow up and told her that we have a really hungry kid waiting for his food. She just shrugged it off and said she doesn't know what was going on since she just got there herself. Unbelievable! At this point we were already torn between leaving or waiting a little more. More guests have finished eating and were paying and we still haven't been served. The waiters seemed to be just walking past our table. One of us asked the first waitress (the one who apologized) again how long it would still take so we could at least decide if we would leave or not. She said she couldn't tell us for sure yet, but it will come. We also asked if they could at least serve a bit of fries for the child in advance, but she said that it isn't possible. Such AWFUL customer service!! After a long while and what seemed to be a commotion in the kitchen, the now embarrassed waitress came to tell us that they indeed have forgotten to forward our orders to the kitchen and that it is now on the works. We asked once more how long we should expect the food to be served. She said normally it takes 10 minutes. She finally served the food within 7 minutes but one order of Schnitzel was still missing. It came after another 5 minutes. We waited for a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes to be served. They didn't even offer to bring over some small snacks to appease our hunger while we wait. They showed ZERO initiative to correct their mistakes. Splitting the bill and paying with the credit card was even a challenge for them! What a pity, we wanted to end our nice vacation with a great meal but it ended as a disaster. The Schnitzel we had was generally good, however the experience was extremely disappointing that we would never come back to this place again.

Awful !! We go with our 3 kids in the evening. We waited for the waitress for 20min. But when she came and we hesitated a bit about what side dish to order she was angry at us and leave while saying to call her when we are ready. She did that twice. So we left. Don’t waste your time on this restaurants. There are better nearby and with much friendlier staff

Like most of the reviews I've read, the place had great food but terrible service. We called before to save a place for a large group, and when we got there, they split us to two tables next to each other (that you couldn't move). Then they took our orders from each table separately, so part of the group got their food around 15 mins earlier. Altogether, we had to wait for around 40 mins for our food to arrive, and that's after waiting for someone to take our order for 10 minutes or so, and every this was done in a very unpleasant way, and the waitress had no patience. The food, on the other hand, was excellent. So, if don't mind waiting a lot, and being rushed, it's a good place.

Perhaps the best schnitzel i ve ever had

Did not stay here, only ate at the restaurant. One of the best schnitzels we ever had. Great service.

Check-in was kinda weird, had to fill in a form on our own, unclear payment regulations. A bit more assistance would be nice. Rooms are clean, nice bed. Breakfast is good l, staff is friendly and helpful.
