b	barbara kölbl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz ausgebucht Hotel und daher viel zu tun, ein immer freundliches und fachlich ausgesprochen gutes Personal! Das ist heutzutage leider eher eine Seltenheit. Und es wird an Personalkosten auch nicht gespart. Zum Abendessen waren mind. Sechs Kellner gleichzeitig in Bedienung damit auch ein Sechsertisch gleichzeitig die Speisen serviert bekommen das Essen war in der Qualität einer Haubenküche! Das Ambiente im ganzen Hotel sehr ansprechend und zum Wohlfühlen ! Despite booked out hotel and therefore a lot to do, always friendly and technically very good staff! This is unfortunately a rarity these days. And it will not be saved on staff costs either. For dinner were at least six waiters at the same time in service with a six course table at the same time the food served the food was in the quality of a hood! The atmosphere in the whole hotel very attractive and to feel good!

Bella e ampia la spa, con diverse saune, piscine, bagno turco ecc. Cibo curato e di qualità. Personale molto gentile. Ci torniamo sempre volentieri! Very comfortable and central Hotel, the ski slopes are easily reached on foot (10 minutes) or by bus (stop 20 meters). The spa is beautiful and wide, with different saunas, swimming pools, Turkish baths, etc. Good quality food. Very friendly staff. We will always go back gladly!

Leider wurde das Schwimmbad morgens erst um 8h geöffnet, wären vor dem Frühstück gerne noch ein paar Bahnen geschwommen. A nice hotel with very friendly service staff, good kitchen & feel-good atmosphere! Unfortunately, the swimming pool was only opened at 8 a.m. in the morning, would have liked to have swum a few laps before breakfast.

Frühstück und Abendessen waren auch exzellent. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen und eine Reise ins schöne Österreich wert. Very good hotel with great, nice staff, great location. Very appealing spa and fitness area with a very nice pool. Breakfast and dinner were also excellent. Absolutely recommendable and worth a trip to beautiful Austria.

They have a beautiful spa and the next bus which is driving you to the ski slopes is only 20m further down the street. For a fancy and warm welcoming - this is the right address!

The hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms modern and spacious and the restaurant is absolutely to die for!! Gourmet food, fine wines and silver service but be warned....diet well beforehand because the food is delicious and plentiful! Large breakfast choice and after ski snacks... you never feel hungry. The new refurbished SPA is very good, modern facilities and very relaxing. The management and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I genuinely can't find any 'minus points', we'll definitely carry on returning.
G	Graeme Brooks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most amazing hotel I've stayed at. The facilities are stunning. The underfloor heating makes the walk down to the luxury spa and pool, in bare feet, a joy. The playroom for the kids, I want one at home!! The food is delicious, nutritious and well presented. All the staff (including housekeeping) are warm and friendly, thoughtful and extremely helpful without being overbearing. The room has everything you need, and is comfortable and clean. After skiing with the kids, we couldn't wait to get back to relax. Yes, it's a short bus ride to the slopes, we actually had a car, but well worth it.
