Great accommodation, great breakfast. Everything was clean and very friendly landlord and staff. 100% to be recommended. Everything perfect.

A unique place, clean and tidy with a stunning view, the owners are lovely people who help when needed wholeheartedly, there is a super close, parking, the apartments are beautiful and maintained to a high standard, already waiting to come again.

โ โ โ โ โ Ik schrijf dit omdat we in Januari 2020 hier een accommodatie geboekt hebben voor een verblijf in februari 2021 met ons gezin met 4 personen. Na zoโn jaar als 2020 en alle onzekerheden die een verblijf in Oostenrijk in 2021 met zich meebrengt hebben we besloten om onze vakantie te annuleren. In de voorwaarden staat een annuleringstermijn van 3 maanden voor de aankomstdatum. We hebben onze vakantie 5 maanden voor aankomstdatum geprobeerd te annuleren maar zonder succes. Men reageert niet op e-mails en de telefoon wordt ook niet opgenomen. We hebben mijn zus een e-mail laten sturen met een boekingsaanvraag naar exact hetzelfde e-mailadres en die had binnen 24 uur een reactie. Schandalig!! We voelen ons bedrogen en raden iedereen aan hier NIET te boeken want wil je annuleren kun je fluiten naar je centen! ???
I am writing this because we booked an accommodation here in January 2020 for a stay in February 2021 with our family of 4 people. After about a year like 2020 and all the uncertainties associated with a stay in Austria in 2021, we have decided to cancel our holiday. The conditions state a cancellation period of 3 months before the arrival date. We tried to cancel our holiday 5 months before arrival date but without success. There is no response to e-mails and the telephone is not answered. We had my sister send an email with a booking request to the exact same email address and she had a response within 24 hours. Scandalous!! We feel cheated and recommend that everyone DO NOT book here because if you want to cancel, you can whistle for your money! ???
