★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At least! 2 persons are needed to assist the clients, I've waited 20 mins and had to go away since only one client was served in the meantime. The efficiency of the frontdesk needs to be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is open till Saturday and its very convenient if you buy a card and top it up with 10€ then the printing and copying becomes very cheap. If you print via email sending then it’s expensive. So better to top up the card from Printashop and use usb for data to print.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the shop is opened, the sellers are nice. However, when it is closed there is no way to print if you don't already have a print card on the available printers. Or if there is, there are no indications in their web site (really old and not easy to access) or in the panels above the printers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is good, but the machines have occasional errors. That may be unavoidable though. I've left some very important documents here, as well as my print card, and every time I've been able to go to the desk and retrieve it.
