This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a printers! Not only was the quality of work horrendous but more importantly the absolutely appalling costumer service!
I tried contacting the Manager Director however he is as bad as his staff when dealing with costumer complaints.
NEVER AGAIN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, what a tremendous rip-off! There are many places in the neighbourhood that are much cheaper so do yourself a favour and avoid this place. We paid almost 50 euros for 200 A4 black and white copies. And on top of that, the guy working there was really unfriendly. I will definitely never return here again!

I went there to print some documents from my pendrive.
I spoke english and the guy spoke german all the time (in an unkind way and so fastly). At the end he didn't let me to print my documents, so I left.
Just Western time!
